Some great games there! I personally hope there is never a TLoU Part 3, I always hoped the original would stay a one off. Final Fantasy I agree with you though 💯

I'd love it to be 60fps but I seem to recall the blokes at DF who got it running on a high end PC had to do quite a bit of tinkering due to the way the game was designed. I might be mis-remembering though.

A friend of mine works for Rockstar, he refuses to say even the slightest thing about anything they do (to the point that if I didn't know him as an honest man I'd wonder if he really did work for them). The fact this has been leaked is crazy, I sure hope whoever did it isn't found out.

The sad thing is PS5 and Series S/X aren't even "next gen" anymore. It's been two years, they're "this gen" now and we still can't be done with the previous cycle in order to truly push these systems.

I didn't know that, fun little fact dude!

A great little series, still pissed off with Six though.

Hideo Kojima, ladies and gentlemen. 👏

Compare it to Red Dead Online 1 and it's a true travesty with RDRO2 all that improved tech, AI, graphics etc. meant f&£# all when they rinsed every dime they could out of it. The fans asked for DLC akin to Undead Nightmares, they asked for a port to next gen for that 60fps boost, I don't understand why Rockstar didn't seem to give a damn once it had received all its awards and earned them all that... Oh I see...

I dusted off the PS3 the other day to begin a MGS saga playthrough after several years away. I'm currently on the Plant in MGS2, and I cannot wait to get around to 4 again. For me, back in the day, that entire finale cutscene was better than any film. It has the perfect ending to a game, and I think Kojima was wise not to chronologically continue the Solid saga after it.

Cool, I loved the game for what it was and I'm looking forward to the DLCs.

Who the fook is this guy?

Exactly. I remember Star Wars: Master of Teras Kasi being fantastic as a child. I tried it a few months ago and it's pure shit.

Wow if that's the case - it's too early for me to go fact checking - then that's incredible! I loved my little black GameCube...

Returnal nailed that slick gameplay loop.

I tend to support a lot of Sony decisions, for better or worse, but WTaF. This is bang out of order. Consoles get cheaper, not more expensive. You wouldn't pay more for a 2 year old phone, and we are now just that - 2 years deep into the next (now supposedly current?) gen.

No this probably doesn't warrant the price they're asking for it, and yes I've already paid it and am awaiting release eagerly.

There are so many films that I question how they ever got funding, like that ridiculous 365 Days trilogy, but it doesn't stop the missus loving it.

Each to their own, play the games you want, pay the price you feel is reasonable to you and wait for a drop if you can't justify it.

This is ou...

£8 on Amazon in the UK, even if it still sucks it's not much of a loss.

Ryde on Xbox and The Order on PlayStation are the two games that often come to mind that scream "do a sequel". A few improvements in both areas, ala ACII
(personally preferred Altair but Ezio was cool and the game itself definitely an improvement) would do wonders. The fact a decade later we have Alan Wake 2 tells me never give up hope.

Eh Visage is the closest to what I expected from PT. Years on from that (admittedly great) demo, everything with a FPS viewpoint, a few doors and a walking sim-style gameplay is still branded the 'real spiritual successor'.
