Don't you just love it when people suggest Hugh Jackman for every game/comic to movie adaptations? Just like they suggest Megan Fox for every female role. *facepalm*
She may not be your typical "smokin' hot", but she's definitely NOT ugly. Haven't seen any of her movies yet, so I'm gonna reserve my judgement on her acting qualifications. But looks-wise, I think she can pull it off nicely.

Oh come on now, where's your sense of humor? It's not like they're saying he's the worst character ever. It's just that they find the character model to be ugly and lacking in creativity on the developers' part..... or they just find him ugly. :P
I really don't think it'll sell more copies than MW2, even though I hope it does.
However, in terms of quality, it'll surely kick MW2's ass.
....because you find a game to be amazing while I think it's boring? It's called "opinion". I'm sure you think it's "the most artistic game ever". And that's your opinion and I can respect that. But I still don't get all the hype.
BTW, I said COD4, not MW2. I loved COD4 but hated MW2.
The truth is, I find Bioshock to be completely underwhelming and boring. Yes, it's BORING. The story was so uninteresting that halfway through I just wanted everybody(even the player character) to just DIE.
I've heard people rave about how it was "the best game of 2007", and after finishing the game I'd have to ask, "ARE THEY ON CRACK?". Crysis, STALKER and COD4 were a million miles better than this in 2007.
I gotta say I'm not that surprised. FIFA 10 is a great football game available on a couple of more platforms than MW2. But nonetheless, FIFA 10 is still a very good game and a must-have for all football fans.

Any plans for maps bigger than 16v16? I sincerely hope so. C'mon, this is a BF game on PC we're talking about. It won't be a Battlefield game without at least some 48 player maps. I hope they don't go the IW way with the "less is more" excuse.
Who cares? Until & unless they release DX11 support video cards, their little 3D vision experience is "insignificant".
I'm only interested in Starcraft 2, Mass Effect 2 and Splinter Cell: Conviction. The rest, I don't really give a crap.
I didn't think EA would be bold enough to take that risk and I was right. As a fan of MoH:Allied Assault, I don't think it'll have anything "new" to add to the genre in terms of single-player gameplay features. However, since DiCE is doing multiplayer, it will be quite interesting to see how it turns out.
The more I hear about Nvidia's excuses for delaying their DX11 support cards, the less I like it. It's their over-sized egos that's doing all the talking. And ATi's lead with the 5xxxHD series is actually pretty 'significant'.
So I guess this takes some of the heat off IW's back?
Those are PC screens. I wonder how the 360 is gonna handle that much detail and a huge map to boot.
Thank god, the character faces and uniforms don't look overly "glossed-over", unlike some other modern war game that came out recently.
I think they wanted some controversial attention from PC gamers. They must be pretty desperate to do this to themselves. BTW, I didn't watch that video nor am I going to. Their PC awards selection committee probably consists of 90% console gamers.
I wouldn't exactly call a 15-hour game "lengthy" for an RPG whose main game takes more than 70-hours, even for an expansion pack which would probably cost $25 or more. If I'm gonna pay anything more than $20, I'd prefer it if it's at least somewhere between 25-35 hours worth of playtime.
True. I wonder if Activision is still planning on doing 6 CODs in a year plus charge money for online multiplayer....

The one thing I'm NOT happy about is Raimi's choice for Arthas. He's not that good an actor and was barely decent in LOTR. The role of Arthas needs a good actor, popular or otherwise.
