Well... this is what happens when Nintendo "partners" with certain sites, and tries to tell the rest they're "too controversial" to review their products... you get a bunch that are treated to some nice monetary compensation, and give their product the utmost praise (by NO means are two even remotely related; Nintendo just likes helping gaming sites in need), followed by those who got nothing and dispise the product. Great going Nintendo. You've made us all proud. ...
That makes me a Sony fanboy? Alright, well seeing as you've clearly played Gravity Rush 2 to such an extent, please explain why it deserves a 3?
True, but it appeared only twice.,
Never said it was, but if a game has only about two hours if actual gameplay, then it's a problem.
To be fair, the idea of all the games on one unified platform is new, but it almost feels too little too late. The Switch is what Wii U should've been, and without strong third party support, then what's the point? I keep hearing the excuse of "oh, just buy third party games on PC!", but doesn't that ruin The whole point of having a hybrid console to begin with?
It deserves a sequel, but unless RaD can pull their heads out of their asses and deliver a game with a decent length story, no cutscene chapters, and some form of multiplayer, then somebody else needs to make it.
The game was good, but not $60 good. It still has potential to be an awesome franchise. RaD was in way over their heads.
No idea, Davand. Gravity Rush 2 was a stellar game. Haven't played NMS yet, but I somehow doubt it deserved a 9 at launch. I think this site is just intentionally trying to be different for the sake of being different; not to actually express a legitimate opinion.
They gave Gravity Rush 2 a score of 3/ 10. This has nothing to do with PlayStation. They're a troll site.
Yeah, this is the same site that gave Gravity Rush 2 a a score of 3/ 10. Obvious bullshit troll site is obvious.
Holy shit!!!
It varies. The ground looks a lot better on the retail version, as does the foliage, but the draw distance is clearly better in the demo. Plus, and maybe this was just because it was darker, the details of Aloy's outfit looked slightly better in the demo. At the end of the day, none of these are debatable for the Pro version. It looks better than both in every way
Yeah, even if you argue the demo was better looking than the standard PS4 version, it's very small differences at worst. This isn't even close to Ubisoft levels of downgrades, and the Pro version still looks phenomenal when seen on an actual 4K HDR display.
True, but I think the gameplay on the left was standard PS4. I played on my Pro on a 4K display, and it looked so much sharper.
Shit, you bots are already doing it. My comment is seriously late. I guess you forgot when MS blatantly said that ALL games would be native 4K/ 60 FPS on Scorpio, before backtracking on that statement.
This is why I'm looking forward to the damage control from Xbots when the games are either running on low settings or forced to do checkerboard 4K. Good luck getting Battlefield 1 to run native 4K/ 60 FPS on Scorpio, without some seriously low textures lol
Maybe if Nintendo didn't rush out a cheap, underpowered, and flawed product just for the sake of launching it with their only decent exclusive in years, maybe they wouldnt see so much criticism. I know this is hard for Nintendo fans to accept, but Nintendo can be criticized too. They're not perfect. Far from it.
Just looking at the reveal trailer, the only thing that seemed new was the dual pistols the maps, the weapons, the characters, etc., all look exactly the same.
The retail looks surprisingly good by comparison. The thing that stood out most to me though is the fact that you see two tallnecks walking around in the demo, which suggests that the used to have free roaming tallnecks, and not just the handful of ones on rails. I wonder why the retail version doesn't.
Guns still technically were in the game, but just those heavy MG's and Firework launchers. To be honest, I think her having a gun of some kind would be fine for the DLC/ next game if they treat ammo gathering for it like TLoU and make it sparse. Maybe give her the ability to craft rounds, but require more rare materials and only be able to carry 30 - 60, depending on Carry capacity.
I guess Angry Joe and Boogie2988 are just lying. Them being being copyright stricken and told they can't be Nintendo partners (for being too controversial, apparently) after being honest about Nintendo products, and not giving them endless praise like the ones who aren't copyright stricken, is all just pure convenience. Shit, no wonder Nintendo fans are so brainwashed; they actually believe in selective opinion lol
