And a more streamlined OS free from such things as TV management bloat etc. is using just 1GB of... super fast memory. That's not a bad thing from any angle.

It's not practical. The xbone is a device for the living room ms tell us... it's designed to reside in the family room, the hub of everyone's home... and you're supposed to communicate via the camera box under the screen with all the background noise of day to day family life? Something doesn't add up there.

Exactly. ms are not paying ea and capcom to do xbox players a favour, they're paying them to do the opposite to PS4 gamers. There's something much more scummy about that vs. taking the time and effort to develop your own impressive and exclusive titles instead of bringing out the money bags.

GS will definitely be pushing the cheaper, better value and more powerful ps4 - not just because of those reasons, but because they know they can sell magnitudes more units and therefore games along with them vs the trickle of machines from ms.

@Sonic200 Yep, they shot their load at E3 as they had a lot of catching up to do after the bizarre tv-centric launch.
In the next five months I'm betting we'll be seeing a lot more exclusives for Sony's machine and merely updates on what we already know for the xbone.
Well that would be the best way to do it, but the one-time check in suggests there's probably a little bit more to it.

There's a reason there are more than 500 devs working on ps4 already - Indies and how Sony is working hard to support and aid them bringing games to their platform.
