I agree that she's probably the right sort of person for the job and that time will tell, but only because of the direction ms are taking with the xbox one. What I'm saying is, she's likely the right person for the "xbox one", but not the right kind of material to head a games console division.
That's because the xbox one is not a games console. It's a media box for the living room and as such she's probably just as qualified as the next suit...
