Awesome, thanks Bioware. I have been enjoying the mulitplayer more than the story. I would have paid $10 for this content, but free makes me feel real happy.
They probably deserve it, but I thought Activision or Capcom deserve it more. The interesting part is that their games are the games I have bought so far this year. Kingdoms of Amalur, SSX, and ME 3. They maybe bad to work for but they sure have released some of the best games so far.
If used games are blocked out and online connection required to play singleplayer games. I will skip next gen and play the hundreds of games I have not played or finished on my 360 and PS3.
This is a big scam to get more new game sales and I am offended that if I purchase an item it is not mine but more like an expensive rental.
This is a good way to crash their game industry. I guess the consumer/gamer gets the screws put to them again. I will not support...
"Team Ninja" is the term that gives me a negative vibe after the release of their extremely mediocre Ninja Gaiden 3.
The single player is done and over with and gamers opinions of the ending vary depending on their experience and personality. What I would rather see Bioware focus on is expanding the multiplayer, which is very fun and addicting. Thru updates or some dlc I would like to see some new characters, a few new maps, some more weapons (there are many from the single player nowhere to be found here), and maybe a new enemy type or two. That is what I would really like to see. Kinda like the way EP...
well said brother!
This will be the fifth game in a six year period. I am weary of this series now and all I have be seeing is an onslaught of press for this new game. Is anyone else tired of this franchise right now? Ubisoft should give this series a much deserved rest for a bit, you think?
If you are referring to Binary Domain that was made by the Yakuza guys and published by Sega.
We may not see a NG4 for awhile. NG3 is selling so poorly that in 4 days after launch it was not in the 100 top selling games for xbox 360 on amazon. That is terrible.
This game is so easy and noobified that a guide is not necessary. I will give you a tip that will help you beat the game.....button mash X and Y without thinking or stoping. Before you know it the end game credits will roll and then to tick you off more...the credits can't be skipped....oh my.
game is crap on to something else.
Well if the 3rd is a reboot, then they need a reboot of a reboot.
Forget that, I hope Hayashi straight up gets his *** fired.
As long as there is physical media where I feel like I own the game or can get value back if I sell it or don't like, then I am fine. If it is digital distribution I will pass, I will not pay $60 for rentals.
That is exactly what I thought when I heard about the dlc. They stripped weapons and maps out in hopes of pulling a fast one and charging for them until they saw that the public thinks their game stinks. Now they can't charge for them. I know this because the animations and effects for these maps and weapons would have had to been complete to offer dlc so close to launch.
Nice try Tecmo don't be like Capcom.
It virtually is unplayable to some. I would say the steel on bone quick pan in an out over and over again very quickly are nausea inducing.
Lame retort. I defend the ign 3/10. Yes it is a bit harsh, but casual gamers don't buy Ninja Gaiden, the fans of the series buy and support this franchise, yet the developers have chosen to snub their nose at us. Now we can snub our nose at them by denying them our cash. So who is going to support this game? A predict very low sales, well below Tecmo's expectations, which I hope gets their attention.
This franchise had repution for being challenging yet deep in it...
Oh I totally agree, just didn't want to waste my time typing out the long list of problems with this game from a fans perspective.
Take out dismemberment in a over the top hack and slash, but leave in giggly boobs. Team Ninja and this creative director Hayashi had some very poor design choices. Time to fire or demote this Hayashi guy as his time to shine has been met with utter disappointment.
Tecmo will get the picture as this game is selling terribly due to reviews and word of mouth.
What do you expect when they have to pay millions in executive salaries to guys like Peter Moore.
