Skyrim was not on the Best RPG list I saw. It was up for GOTY but not RPG? I nearly spit my drink on my laptop in a WTF moment.
doen't matter for me now, done with it oh and never got my arena maps I was promised as a preorder bonus to get me to purchase. oh well got screwed over, I will remember that on their next game.
For me the whole GTA structure and game model has grown long in the tooth. So not really into GTA anymore after the last one.
I have to say that brief 9 min video was more exciting than BF3's entire single player. No offense but I think MW3 is going to surprise because people have written it off before they even have seen it in action.
I mean really, come on man! Some of the largest games this gen have been on one disc and looked just fine. Dead Island is 3.9 gb and looks just fine. Skyrim is 6gb and looks great for the hardware its running. There was more space on the DVD-9 inhanced disc but they didn't use it cause they didn't need to.
There is very limited RAM and older cpu's and gpu's in the PS3 and 360. You can load in more data, but the results will be the same based on the tech...

It's decent but not great. The single-player stinks and what is offered in multiplayer could easily have been in an expansion pack.
One friend has a corrupt player data file message everytime he gets on and another got so frustrated with connection issues last week that he traded it in.
Normally I would say wait it out, but in this case, with there being 3 beta's running before launch, there is no excuse for launch week issues...no excuse.

One friend can't connect so he traded it in already. Another friend told me the game keeps telling him his player data is corrupt.
BF3 had 3 betas there is no excuse for this.
EA is cheap on servers and the game is unpolished, unbalanced, broken, and rushed.
Then the 'execs' haven't played it because the single player in BF3 is one of the most boring rip offs of other games I have ever played. If your going to copy others at least make it exciting and fun.
Single player in this game is crap. A 7 is way to generous for this boring and uncompelling pile of uselessnous.
The co-op is unbalanced and frustrating.
The multiplayer isn't even working at launch and there is no excuse because this game had 3 betas.
Gamestop already has a ton of used copies as of Friday, which is ridiclous.

Microsoft had some good numbers at launch, but since then, I believe Kinect is failure (in sales and games) and a waste of time except for kids that want to hop around or an adult needs to loss weight.
I see nothing compelling for this device, now or upcoming.
Everyone should watch that clip, I think that guy could be better than say a hip hop gamer cause that dude was funny as hell. Not sure who he was or where his site is but props, boy.

Giving Dead Rising 2: off the record a 9.5 and the cash in that is the non remaster version of RE4 HD an 9.5 and then giving the awesome Dark Souls a low 8.75 comparably really looks bad from my prespective.
If reviews are being delayed, I wonder if EA would be ok with preorders being delayed until reviews are available to ensure the game is not crap. Nah, I guess they wouldn't agree to that, lol.

Gears doesn't "always" run a group of 4 and alot of the time it's just 2 people with the other 2 doing something else. I thin kit would have been nice to have a few areas of playing someone besides Drake. It could work if ND wanted to do it. Unless you have litle faith in ND pulling it off?
Not sure I agree, in UC 2 there were times when Drake rolled with his side kick and the two female characters (sorry I can't remember names well). What would be wrong with seeing some side story with those other characters. There have been games that have done well story wise with co-op, it would have been nice to see what Naughty Dog could do with co-op.
Thats 50 bucks for basicly what Bungie.net brought to Halo for free. Dang I nearly soiled myself, who is the sap that will buy that?
So all the premium themes we purchased are now pretty much worthless, with this gray area, that you can't change taking up half the screen. They should stop offering themes for purchase if they are going to render half of it non-viewable and give partial refunds for all the themes we have purchased. I would not have bought these if I couldn't see them.
