The PS1 hasn't been maxed out yet either...
Finally, I can't wait for this update. I got my Wii U at launch and the only problem I've had with it so far is that the loading times are rather slow.
Surely you mean you couldN'T care less.
The sales exploded from almost nothing into a few more units...
Kingdom Hearts 2 needs a sequel.
I know it's kind of off topic but it's weird that this game can be completed in 8 hours whereas the first reports of Lego City Undercover say it'll take like 60 hours to complete. It's strange that most 'hardcore' games only take on average around 10 hours to complete these days.
I think you need to go into more detail about how Nintendo sucks and has no games, talk about how the Gamecube only sold 21 million units and that the Wii was only for 2 year old girls even though those things don't have anything to do with the Wii U's success/failure.
Every new detail I hear about this game makes the wait even more unbearable. If done right this game has the potential to be the game of the year.
In a way yes they are. But the fact of the matter is the main thing Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo all want the same thing. Great 1st party IPs they can fall back on just in case they need to. Obviously Nintendo already found their's in Mario, Zelda, Metroid etc.
For a long time now Microsoft have been trying to make Halo and Gears their answer to Mario and Zelda (I'm not comparing them in a content way, I mean in a sense that they're reliable and form a safety net...
They have announced they're going to work on Majora's Mask or A Link to the Past for 3DS rather than Wii U.
Every Zelda game is something new though that's the point. The only reason Sony and Microsoft don't rely on the same franchises over and over is because they haven't been able to establish a franchise good enough to do so. If either of them managed to create an IP that was able to carry on for over 25 years then they'd rely on that more than anything. Like Microsoft with Halo and Gears, they're trying to make those franchises their Mario and Zelda.
No matter how bad a console is doing it's impossible to tell if it'll be a failure within like the first 6 months or so. Look at Nintendo's current handheld, it was doing so badly at first they had to do a massive price cut and now it's on what? 30 million sales worldwide? Let's just see where the Wii U is in a year or two.
Announception.
I'm actually anticipating this game more than most games being released this year.
So it's basically a downgraded port of the Wii U version.
ZombiU was developed by Ubisoft. It's far from their first game.
I don't see why not, imagine a kid seeing an advert for it. If I was a kid and saw an advert of a Lego man running around a Lego city doing Lego stuff my head would explode.
In terms of winning a generation quality of games means nothing. Hardware sales is the only thing that matters and in that sense Nintendo came first. I know you wish Sony was the winner but you can't let your opinion get in the way of facts.
If the sales for the Wii U pick up I imagine this game would be better suited for it than the PlayStation. For starters Minecraft is a casual game, it doesn't take a lot of research to see that casual games tend to do better on Nintendo consoles than Sony/MS ones.
I think he means the 360 isn't capable of running a game on 1080p and 60 fps natively, which he's right in saying as the 360 isn't even capable of native 720p.
