They looked into it and decided that the parental controls were adequate to stop children accessing adult content.
You mean like pretty much every multiplat game from this gen?
Of course it is, you see a game based on one of your favourite shows and you're immediately interested. When I first heard about it I thought I'd most likely get it, that was of course before I saw the gameplay videos. It's the reason games based on films tend to do well even though most of them suck, who doesn't want the chance to feel like they're one of their favourite characters?
From what I've seen of the gameplay it looks pretty generic and repetitive, I think they would've done better going for more of a ZombiU approach. I'm not too fussed about the graphics they're not bad, it just looks like they've gone with a mix of realistic and the cel shaded style of the Telltale game. I can imagine the horde mode could pack a few hours of fun, I reckon I'll pick it up when it's cheap.
How great is it?
Having The Rock play Kratos would be a great way of making the film terrible.

jcnba28 is correct. You can tell by the amount of disagrees on his comment how many Sony fanboys are on this thread.
There's no such thing as too innovative. Within innovation the industry would grow stagnant and eventually it would crash again. If Nintendo did exactly the same as Sony and Microsoft then there would be no originality.
It just tells the player to press a certain button to execute the zombie.
I don't think I'll be getting it but I imagine this will be a money printing machine for Nintendo.
So basically it's gone from a generally decent GTA clone to an over the top, trying too hard to differentiate from GTA GTA clone. I agree with the general consensus in these comments, it should have been DLC for the 3rd game.
Yes, yes, yes, yes and yes.
It's more in between PS3 and PS4.
It looks like a very fun game which is the most important thing for a game, what's the point in gaming if you're not having fun? I'm guessing it's the kind of game you can enjoy whether you're a child, a teen or an adult.
@LOL_WUT, I think 1upgamer99 means the multi-player is better on Wii U in terms of graphics and how good the online is rather than how big the community is.
Great list, spanning all platforms. This is a true gamer's list.
This doesn't necessarily mean they stole the tech. Remember when Samsung got sued by Apple and were found guilty even though they hadn't done anything wrong? Apparently Apple owns the rights to squares with rounded edges and this guy owns the rights to glasses-free 3D, as Nintendo stated they made sure they didn't use any of his patents in the production of the console. Basically patenting is a load of crap that allows people to sue companies that haven't infringed anything.
Nintendo got the idea for a touchscreen on the gamepad from the DS's dual screen. They can't sue themselves.
If I was CEO of Nintendo, I'd keep doing exactly what they're doing now.
