They already said that Halo 4 was on 360...
My thoughts - 343 GS mistakes Master Chief for the Reclaimer not because of who he is, or what he looks like, but rather what he's carrying with him - Cortana.
I think she either accessed something while reading the crystal shard, or Halsey has even more to do with the story than we all think (and she's VERY involved...)
That's my thoughts on why it's titled the "Reclaimer Trilogy."
There was no "secret details ... for mind-blowing ... coverage" at all in that article...
When humanity knew how to spell.
Exactly - it's your standard "We're always doing R&D" comment...
Non story looking for hits with idiotic headline.
@chadachada123 "The only way I would agree with you is if you could still "spot" in hardcore, but in a realistic pre-modern fashion. As in, I hit back, and my teammates hear, "Near that bush!" or something like that. Even something simple like having the map on a grid, and saying "A5!" "
...isn't that what a microphone is for?
I hope that the maps are large enough (they look to be HUGE) that it wouldn't happen - but I'm sure the lametards will find a way to spawn rape regardless of what system DICE/EA implement to prevent it.
Nature of the tard.
They had a system for that in Bad Company 1 - there was the start area, and we had maybe 100 meters of "safe zone" that the defenders couldn't cross.
I don't know if it was every map, but I remember it on a few. I only remember it for rush - but I only really played rush.
"You know, some people just want to level each other up and you know what? People can do that. It's kinda lame. But as long as you're not interfering with something, we don't want to go crazy about it. But with competitions, we want people to feel that competition is fair."
That's terrible. See - the thing with boosting in games where there are no "game changing" unlocks - fine, whatever, be a boosting retard. But here, some of the weapon...
Rise of the Triad was my first, then Marathon.
My favorite type of game was RTS (Warcraft 2, 3 - Starcraft) and then your hack and slash RPG (Diablo 1&2). Now, the selection of RTS and RPG are crap so my third favorite type game, FPS, has become my top gaming choice. Plus, game companies do a good job of implementing different aspects of multiple genres into single games (Mass Effect 2, for example).
Isn't there enough whining on the internet?
He probably didn't even play the game - he says he bought the Collectors Edition (Signature Edition) for PC and then complains about the scroll wheel and ability limitations for the controller (which the PC doesn't have...)
Oh well - he's only 5 months late to the party.
@Logicwins - the Laptop deal is excluded from the NPD figures (NPD tracks sales - not giveaways).
Does it say anywhere that it's NOT Halo? It was to be revealed in March or May (Pre E3...).
I'm not trying to be a buzzkill, but it doesn't say that it's NOT Halo.
Just a magazine/site trying to get sales/hits maybe?
I hope it's Syndicate though - most people knew about Halo even without the "official" reveal.
@ Hayabusa 117
Yeah, except for the guy the police shot that started the whole thing...
I've never played a pay to play MMO (Guild Wars was fun, however) but I couldn't justify to my wife paying for monthly access to a game. Hell, the only reason I still have xbox live is because I found 10 unused scratch off cards outside the doors of my local best buy - they told me to keep them - that was 5 years ago.
... keep normal prices for the packaged games?
Was that not clear? I was trying to imply that the digital customers get the discount, while the others don't... think of the money spent to press the disc, package, ship etc.
Offer digital distribution customers perks/discounts?
It doesn't make me feel more or less important owning a digital version of a hard copy (game or book).
What I don't like about digital copies is the fact that I can't "see" it - I think it might be that void you're talking about. It's hard to describe. I'll relate it to ebooks - I love reading, and I love reading on my iPad... but there's just something "different" about it that is weird to me - whether it's the pages betw...
Huh?
