I wrote that based on the lead in statement about not wanting to go to Bungie for the review process, and then I read the review. My comment was based only on the complaint at the very beginning, and that if it's his job to review the game, then he should review it, and not complain about doing something EVERYONE wants to do.
My comment is corrected to reflect my opinion on the review in whole, but the first couple sentences shouldn't be the summarization part of the review.
This review was cool, I like the layout and the fact that there's no number to argue about. Kotaku, nice job on the rare review, and I see Bungie's point about bringing you to their studio for the review...keeps you focused on the game.

the "law sue" isn't coming at all. GameStop and EB make up a nice chunk, but nothing close to 96%. Best Buy, Circuit City, Wal-Mart, SamsClub, BJ's, COSTCO, Target, K-Mart, CompUSA, ComputerCitY, Babbages, Toys R Us, KB Toys, Sears, Blockbuster, GameCrazy, Amazon.com all have a nice share of the market. And those are just stores around where I live, there are probably plenty more.

They waited a little too long for my tastes. Released in MAY. It's SEPTEMBER. The single player takes a week to complete, and the online play is redundant and filled with cheaters and little euro-tards who like to scream into their mics. One overpriced DLC (80 pts for one car...nothing special) in 4 months? Please, they've had more patches in that time! You should have picked up the pace Turn 10, PGR4 is right around the corner, not to mention Halo 3.

What I was saying that n4g is SUPPOSED to be UN-biased, but it's become very very biased towards PS3. I wasn't here for the alleged 360 Bias, but it wasn't like this when I joined. The news was here, and everything was fine except for a few people getting angry now and then, but nothing like it is now. Now it's just total rampancy with PS3 lovers attacking the other systems.
