They have to bump up that car total. I've been in situations where we ran a series and there were more racers than slots. Developers need to get it up to twenty at least.

Supraking I'm assuming you develop all of your own games and build your own a consoles. Or are you just lazy.

Yes Maria, ignore that MS has said the camera can be turned off.

People focusing on Kinect as a source of privacy invasion are a huge part of the reason we have a privacy problem. It's so easy to wave something in your face to get your attention. You're like cats chasing a piece of yarn or a light. Some congressman proposes a bill to stop Kinect and you're all over it. Important legislation. Prism is in the news every day and yet no congressman has proposed a bill to repeal the Patriot Act. But that Act is a none issue. Kinect is the enemy.

As powerful as the PS4 is supposed to be I'm sure it will be. Forza is.

That's one way to look at it. But unlike Sony, MS will be launching in 21 countries. So they seem pretty sure of their supply lines. Sony is launching in two countries and is already admitting to supply shortages. And MS has come out and said that those rumors of bad yields and heat issues were a lie.

There hasn't been a decent American president since Carter. Odd that he is considered the worse in recent history. That should tell you something about the way this country works. I don't know what it is that you are wondering if I'm serious about. But do a little research. Americans file far more suits than anyone else. The rest of the world will arrest a CEO that puts out a product that kills a bunch of people. Not in the US, we'd be lucky if the company gets fined. I believ...

It's not about denying the right to sue. It's about bringing a class-action suit. My problem with blocking that is that sometimes an individual doesn't have the means to bring the suit on their own and class-action is a way to get a firm to take it on. But the American people have done this to ourselves and the rest of the world with so many frivolous suits. Nobody sues like Americans.

There are too many people out there looking for a free ride and too many firms ...

This is a consumer rights issue. All of the other nonsense Sony fans have been harping on were silly, this is different. But it is the way contracts are moving and the only way to stop it is with your wallet. But at the same time we only have ourselves to blame as Americans. We sue way too often for the most ridiculous things. Companies do have to protect themselves.

The best way to fight this is at the voting booth. We elect people that allow companies to put out either che...

Thanks for answering Kleptic. I understand what you explained. I just have a feeling this is more than a marketing campaign. It's like many said streaming a movie wouldn't be possible. Then it was a HD movie at today's speeds. I believe they have something up their sleeves. But I respect your expertise. We'll all see in the coming months and years.

Tyre game rentals are actually far better with a always on system. Gamefly doesn't really work because they are always out of copies of a game people really want. With digital, the person just orders the game with their gamertag and MS allows them to download it. When their membership is cancelled, so is the temporary license. On One Gamefly always has the game you want and it is ready for DL immediately. No more waiting on the mailman.

Also when it comes to region locks,...

Of course they paid for exclusivity. Both Sony and MS pay for exclusivity 90% of the time. Respawn(despite being well know vets, they said so themselves) is a new company and needed the support for a new IP. MS has the money to support them. Sony would have done the same thing if they had gotten there first or had the money. I'm sure Sony paid for that Final Fantasy exclusive.

You also have to wonder if IP ownership came up if Sony did try. I know that would have been a ...

It doesn't pay to be honest does it B-racial? Get back in line. PS fans say they hate restrictions. Except when it comes to personal opinion. Then you are restricted to repeating their message.

First of all the government doesn't do slippery slope they only do sliding boards. They do what they want regardless of the law. And it's because the American people live in a fantasy world where they think they count when in reality most are clueless about what is going on. They focus on silly --it like Kinect when the government has been collecting your information long before Kinect was invented. And why use Kinect when they have a ton of other things to use.

Kine...

Foliage I'm sure you don't know what the Fourth Amendment is but I'm going to throw this out there for others that read. Notice the numbers of request the government makes and the numbers of accounts. For them to supposedly have Al Qaeda on the run and there being so few of them, that is a lot of suspects. So either they are throwing darts or doing something else.

Foliage did you see that footage of.....

No one needs to choose a side. It's a gaming machine. The most vocal people are the ones that would never buy the other console anyway. So they aren't so vocal because of the policies. They're vocal because they're just douchey people. They constantly run around interfering in other peoples lives. Whether it's who you want to date, what you want to smoke or what console you choose. I don't worry about gay marriage because it's not my business who others date. And I...

I don't think it will destroy any publishers or developers. PSN+ on PS4 is a clear example of why gamers will cave. For all of their talk, when it comes time to act they cave. Mandatory PSN+ doesn't seem to have hurt PS4 sales after all of those years of claiming they would never pay. Many gamers apparently have nothing else going considering how little they seem to know about anything outside of gaming. They won't forgo CoD or GTA5 or FIFA. They'll claim they weren't goin...

Kinda hard to stay quiet when they eventually have to make a choice. And some will choose to block games on both consoles. Bobby Kotick has been on the record as wanting to charge more for games. Since that won't fly, he can at least collect a few hundred million more buy charging Gamestop a fee or just forcing gamers to buy new. Many gamers will cave as we've seen them do on so many issues and the floodgates will open. Blocking used games could generate several hundred million more o...
