God to hand it to Media Molecule, they support the game extremely well, and more content for one of my favourite games is always welcome.

I think theat alot of people still view videogaming as something only done by spotty teenagers, and its a stigma that seems to have been carried for years. Even now, with me in my mid 20's, i get asked "when i'm going to grow out of playing them" as though it can only be enjoyed by children, and that it can't be some form of entertainment to suit all. The reputation that gaming gets also doesnt help with websites similar to this, where it becomes a cat fight between people boasting...
While the article does point out some good points, i kind of lost hope at the first few sentences, where the author seems to have forgotten that the Live service did not start with the Xbox 360 as he states. Infact, the first details of Live came about in 2001, so its had alot more than one year head start on either Sonys or Nintendos offerings

Still, NPD seems to be the 'be all and end all' for the majority. Us poor souls outside of the 'good ol' US of A' simply do not matter by the looks of it. No offense to the decent Americans i've met and know, but its that kind of view that pretty much sums up the majority of Americans.

I have it on the 360, its alright. It hasn't given me the wow factor thus far, although i'm approx. 1/2 way through. The screen tearing is getting on my nerves a tad. I don't mind it every now and then, but its happening far too often. Also, not being able to move whilst shooting is a little annoying. I can understand why you can;t, as it makes you think more about what you have to do instead ogf just running around like a madman shooting at everything, but there are times u at least wan...

The PS3 does not need saving. Its doing just fine. If it was selling incredibly poorly, then the article could have a foundation to build an arguement, but its selling rather well globally given the current economic climate, and the pricepoin the Playstation 3 is at.

It might not match up to the Unreal games of yesteryear, but its still a very solid FPS, and very enjoyable online. Sadly, games like COD, Resistance, Halo & Killzone have overshadowed it, but considering you can buy the game for as little as £10 in some shops in the UK, its an absolute bargain

Homes decent, alot obviously like it as they use it and Sony fully support it, given time and good updates, it could be a brilliant service

A site actually showing some sort of honesty....i'm impressed.
I personally think Home has a vast amount of potential to be honest. Remember, this is the first time anyhting like this has been tried on a console, and i think Sony sometimes does not get the credit it deserves in at least trying something different. I'd rather Sony tried to innovate with its service and what it offers, than just stick to the 'same old' stuff.
At the moment, what Home now is just a drop in the ocean to what it will (hopefully) turn out to be. There isn't e...
Gotta agree with Giriath on this one, there are plenty of very good RPS out there. Majority might not be 'AAA' which only seem to be the games to play going off this site, but they are very good and extremely enjoyable.
