..i haven't even considered buying this game yet. I just don't know whether i'd have the time to play it considering their are some excellent titles on the way shortly.
I probably will purchase it though, and maybe try to sneak 10-15mins on it inbewteen games

"And yet another genre the 360 is king.
RPG
Racing
You name it the 360 got the games, the 360 has none. "
You talk that much crap you even state the 360 got the games...then hasn't? If you're at least trying to be funny, at least do so without coming across as an uneducated idiot.
Hilariously though, i've seen PS3 exclusives score similar, yet see the likes of yourself and other...
Do you actually comment in any Xbox 360 related articles? Becuase all i have ever seen you do is comment negatively on PS3 news related articles. Surely, if you prefer one brand over the other, you would spend more time talking about a product you did like, than talking about a product you didn't?
And i'd hardly call a peer-to-peer network 'top of the line' either.
As for the article, i'm glad Sony are continuing to support Home, and are looking at unique ways ...
"Because Killzone 2 pretends to be something more than just another FPS. Because Killzone 2 desperately needs to be the game that justifies a PS3 purchase. Because it needs to be worth it to the people who already bought a PS3 just to say they chose the right console.
And because it made all the promises that it is that game, it's going to get reamed for not meeting those impossibly lofty goals. "
But how exactly can you not be 'just another FPS' witho...
I think alot of these sites are really losing touch with reality. As someone stated earlier, 99.9% of FPS are like this, so why, all of a sudden, should Killzone 2 suffer because it does something that a FPS is meant to do. I didn't see this being thrown at Call of Duty, or Halo, or Far Cry, or Unreal Tournemet.....
I don't know about others, but i'm really starting to worry about some of these 'professional' gaming sites and the agendas that they have. I've worked in the ga...
"I can't understand retards"
Neither can we, so, why exactly do you bother commenting then?
:)
Let me first take issue with what the sites biggest fool "Why Dis"....
He says "RROD RROD RROD.
Its all BS.
EDIT... No I don't think there is some sort of wide spread problem because some PS3 fanboys were digging around on forums lol. "
Firstly, if it is all BS, as you proclaim, how come Microsoft went on to offer every 360 owner a 3 year warranty, at the cost of $1billion? Surely, if the hardware is in perfect...
Good sales figures, although i must admit i did expect better.
Still, hilarious seeing the disagree fairies out and about again. Just shows the double standards some pathetic fanboys have when it comes to sales.
@ Why Dis...
I think the only reason you're not pointing out bad points on Xbox 360 games is because you spend the majority of the time posting negative stuff about the Playstation 3
I think he can see the difference, but i think releasing on 2 platforms should, in 90% of cases, produce larger sales than releasing on one console.
Again though, the double standards from both sets of 'fanboys' are hilarious. I think some of you take the whole 'sales' and 'blah blah console sucks' thing way too far. Maybe you should try playing games instead of masturbating over an arguement about how x console is better than y console
For me, Uncharted remains in my top 3 titles the PS3 has, and thats an extremely good complement to the game and the guys at Naughty Dog. Extremely under-rated game, and hopefully the 2nd one will get the plaudits it'll hopefully deserve
It sold over 2 million worldwide, so quite a few
Just to comment on what Grpahics Whore said above me...
"LBP is an amazing game and so far it only has 2 million sales which sucks, people need to buy that game. Resistance 2 is more of a niche game..."
I disagree with that point. I'd say LittleBigPlanet is more of a niche game, given that platformers aren't the most popular area in gaming these days, and that first person shooters tend to dominate in terms of sales.
As regards to Left 4...
It wouldn't suprise me if it was multi-platform. EA don't really do console exclusives. They might tie in exclusive DLC for the 360 version, but that would be about it.
I've only briefly played the first one. It seemed good, but i didn't really give it much time as games were coming thick and fast last year. Will probably give it a good go through over the next few weeks
First and foremost, i think its only fair to point out to the rather over defensive 360 fans in here that the Xbox Live service is far from perfect, and that anyone who thinks so isn't automatically a 'PS3 fanboi'.
There are genuine reasons why people do not like, and refuse to pay, for Xbox Live. While i agree its the better online service, there really isnt that much difference between, say, the Live service and the Playstation Network to require £40 a year to play onli...
I'm not a fan of the Halo franchise. For me, its been nothing special, and not really done much special when it comes to bringing things to gaming. People talk about alot of first person shooters being generic, and to me, that buzz word fits Halo perfectly. It does nothing special. Granted, what it does it does perfectly well, but i think there are better first person shooters out there that have been far better as a single player experience and better from a multiplayer perspective.
I think alot of the Xbox360 fans are missing the point here.
I dont think many have a problem with the scores Killzone 2 has been getting, which have been extremely good. What people are complaining about are the points that are getting took off the game not having elements in there that other games don't have either, yet they get far more glowing reviews. Its the consistency that is lacking, and that people do not like. If your scoring a game down for one thing (e.g. the la...
Didn't stop you commenting on the story though did it
Fool
Well i wasn't replying to you, and i'm certainly not a fanboy, i'm not into all this fanboy crap, i prefer owning as many systems as i can get my hands on and enjoying what each one provides, but for a person to claim that Killzone 2 is basically the same old scenery is a little retarded, given that the game is meant to be dark, much in the same way Gears 1 & 2 have a dark atmosphere and colour range. So given the original poster is such a hater of the way Killzone 2 looks, that would me...
bu...bu....bu...the hardly noticable jaggies!?!?!
[/retard]
I'm just slightly suprised that neither are higher, as it is a superb game, regardless of what console it is on
