I agree, it's tough taking those guys out, and there's never an engineer who knows what he's doing. I think that they need to make it so that more than 1 spec can attack the heli's and jets. They can give them more armor and HP, but they have to let regular bullets hurt them, like in BC2: Vietnam.

Wow, there's that much content in the game? Kick ass

I'm not sure I get what you mean by "splitting up" 24 inches. The image will be full screen for 2 people, so 2 separate 24" images; one for each person.

About the size, yeah, it's not the best. I have a 46" lcd here, but for someone with a small bedroom or a dormroom, this would be great. Less maintenance and less of a footprint. Heck, for that size, you can almost use it as a monitor and just game with it on your computer desk. The point is, it...

Can I get an Amen?!

Good point, people just pick one thing out of an article or even a comment and nitpick until they get hits. It's the way of video game journalism.

I think people are missing the point of this tv. Yeah, it's only 24", yeah it's a 3d tv and 1080p capable, but it can also do 2 different screens for 2 people. That tech doesn't exist yet in tv's. Split screen with this in mind would kick ass. And for a tv with 3d and this new technology, 3d glasses and resistance 3 for $500, that's a great entry point for anyone who's at ALL interested in 3D gaming and movies.

I think it's a great deal. Some...

@TheDivine

Like the other comments said, this is a 3D Tv, not a regular 24-inch. But I'm surprised no one mentioned the biggest feature: 2 different people see 2 different screens. Can you name another tv that is capable of that right now?

No more split screen; 2 separate images. That is amazing. And they mentioned that it's only 24" to keep the price low; it's not a big room, it's for a smaller room or bedroom.

@Wikkid666

Yes, I can blame them. I want regular core titles on the 360, not Kinect. I want them to get more exclusive titles that people like ME will play. They can do whatever they want with the Kinect, but I don't want them spending every bit of their energy improving on that if it's at the expense of my kind of games.

And one more thing: people all say that the Kinect and the Move are the same thing: casual devices for people to play casual games....

Just as an aside here, everyone complaining about there being nothing really noteworthy at this E3 ... you know why right? It's because of sites like n4g and joystiq and such that get all this leaked information out so early.

If people hadn't seen any of the ngp stuff until they announced it, if there was no mention of the Wii 2 until Nintendo talked about it, etc. then you would all have had your "epic" moments.

This is truly amazing. 24" is not the best, but for what it does and the price point, completely awesome.

Specs won't make the games good. Release some good games and then we'll talk.

Yeah, people can say what they want about EA, but the current management for Electronic Arts seems to be doing a lot of things right. +1 for them.

Microsoft is floundering, I think. They know they need to do something, because I think from their point of view, they're standing still while others are getting ahead. Stagnating is the word, and MS is just that.

I can see this doing good things for them, if they use it right. If this is true, they have to put this to work for their existing products: Windows and Xbox. Can you imagine Windows 8 or 9 optimized for and running faster on an nvidia card?

5422d ago 1 agree3 disagreeView comment

I would be happy if those are really the requirements ... but seriously. That trailer we saw? You can make the game look that great with those recommended specs? No way. I mean that's awesome if it's true, but I have big doubts here.

I've said this before but here goes:

There is a big double standard in the gaming world. It's almost a triple standard, but I think Nintendo and Microsoft are almost the same, so basically a double standard. Here it is: Nintendo and MS can get away with ANYTHING. Sony can get away with NOTHING. And before anything thinks I'm bashing anyone in this article, I'm not, I'm just stating it the way I see it. I have all 3 systems and I play them all (not so much...

Wow, this might be the best presentation at E3, unless Sony has some crazy new stuff to show (more Uncharted 3, GoW, Infamous 2, new exclusives, etc).

5424d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

There IS no hacker logic. They might like you to think so, but there isn't.

5425d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

Exactly. I despise the Kinect myself, but as long as it doesn't interfere with my PC experience, I could care less what the 360 version is doing.

Come to think of it, couldn't they then put in Move support? It's basically a shooter with RPG elements, I think the move would be a better choice, no?

How do you move forward with the Kinect?

5425d ago 0 agree3 disagreeView comment

Nice. Not a big fan of Kinect (like, at all) but always nice to see more horror games.

Messed up, should have replied to this. Read my other reply to my original message.

But I think you misunderstood what I was saying. I think that Sony did a better job of cleanup that other companies out there. Some companies don't even tell you when they've lost your info; others just send a letter and say sorry, with a few quotes from their privacy statement. If you know of some companies that have had issues of this scale (tens of millions, so I can only assume it&...

@medicant

Must have misunderstood. I didn't say that other companies have never had to deal with this. I'm assuming that if you're a big company, you've already dealt with hacks and such. Maybe not to this extent, but similar.

What I meant was, if some other company (a credit card company, for example) gets their info stolen, what do they do for you? They send a politely worded letter, send you out a new cc (if the breach was bad enough that t...
