Don't give them any more ideas. I can see it now:
"We think that charging for ammunition will increase the realism and encourage players to be more accurate when shooting their opponent. We also have different pricing tiers for standard hard ball ammunition and armor piercing ammunition, starting at $1.99 for qty. 1000"
EPIC!
NOT!
"A real computer is flexible and easy to operate, otherwise we would all use Linux"
To me this implies hard otherwise you would not have used it as an example. As for people being paid for it? Most of AT&T Labs develops in a Linux/Unix environment. IBM develops heavily using Linux. Lucas Arts and ILM uses Linux for most of their work as well. I can go if you would like but I am sure you are far more versed than myself seeing how you know that C++ is a Windows p...
LOL! OMG!! ROFLMAO! You said C++ is a Windows product!? LOL! You smacktard. First off all developers don't develop on Windows. Second most developers use the tools that they need to get the job done. Linux and Windows are just operating systems. Compiling source using GCC can be done just as easily on Linux as on Windows. It's all a preference. Hell I prefer using Eclipse on Linux rather than Windows simply because it is faster AND I have more of my system resources dedicated to it...
Anyway, I got the game and am looking forward to it. Particularly the Nazi Zombie co-op mode. Something about killing a Nazi TWICE seems to be more fun than it should be!
LOL!! ROFL!! oooh god that was funny.
"Enjoying your game was a "challenge"
bubble for you for making me laugh.
When there is no news and a site is in need of hits. These video comparisons are freakin pointless. On to bigger and better things, I just picked up COD 5!! WOOT!! >does happy dance<
is 85 on metacritic. I am wondering if this is something that Variety is doing because they have been called out? After all the other reviews are all 90+ so this late entry of an 85 is not going to drop the meta score at all. Just makes me wonder that's all.
This move was horrible! I thought they burned the original prints in hopes of never having to be reminded of its existence.
As much as I can't stand conspiracy theories one can't help but wonder what's going on here. EVERY PS3 title that had hype behind it got slammed in one way or the other for some fixable technical issue. Yet Gears 2 and Fable 2 with their technical issues get praise and love from the reviewers. Don't get me wrong I am sure there is some bias built in but really now... I wonder how the MS marketing/money machine plays into all of this? You can say what you will but it's getting to the point...
If review houses like IGN, Gamepro, etc... got some kind of monetary kick back or promised advertising dollars if they reviewed the game and scored it high. Not for nothing but if any reviewer played through this game they would have been frustrated to all hell and pointed it out in the review.
He must have drank the same tainted Kool-Aid that Jobs did! The iPhone and iPod are nifty little devices but gaming machines they are not. Talk about delusional, sheesh.
From the article.
"Whereas a lot of these devices [picks up Nintendo DS and Sony PSP] are more in the past. And a big part of that is not just the device itself, which is easier to carry, and has the touch display and accelerometer which is great for gameplay, but it's the electronic distrib...
that devs and publishers are seeing greater profit growth for the PS3. It still doesn't change the fact that piracy hurts the software industry in general and eventually causes quality to suffer.
FAILED w/ Fallout 3. The game released with huge hype only to be one of the most unstable and bug ridden POS this generation has seen on ALL platforms. Bethesda then has the balls to say they might patch it if they get enough complaints (paraphrasing). In any case they hosed this one bad and it will leave a mark on many gamers when it comes to buying any future releases from them. I have both the PS3 and PC version of the game and cannot even describe the frustration I have been going thr...
LOL!
"...thats why millions of xbox360 owner will continue playing Gears of War 2 long before everyone has given up playing Resistance 2."
The word you are looking for is AFTER not BEFORE. Now go have another bowl of Failios and try again. DEE DEE DEE!
I agree with you in every aspect. Games have bugs sometimes they are a pain in the @ss. Here's the thing though.. When SOCOM and LBP had online issues they were bashed into oblivion. SOCOM got lower review scores because of the server problems they had when the game released. The problem was fixed and the game is great. LBP had more XBox fanboys bashing it when there was a server problem article than you could imagine. Just thought I would point that out.
is just plain cool. Monster Hunter on my PSP AND Monster Hunter 3 on the Wii? Damn I will be in heaven.
The video is funny as hell. I was amazed that the Wii took the beating it did. The PS3 was also had an impressive showing and took it like a champ. The XBox 360 on the other hand... well it just goes to show how well made the unit it. If it doesn't RRoD it just falls apart. DOH!
That was a pretty good spot. Camera man gets taken out and the chick K.O.s a Chimera. SWEET.
Hmmm... Blu-Ray has grown faster than DVD did in the same amount of time yet it needs saving? These articles are getting tired and OLD. PLEASE for the love of all that's right and holy stop posting these non-sensical articles.
