Yes that's right bash XDR now. Seeing as how you touted the i7 as the end all in performance all the while knowing that the most powerful processor on the planet currently is the Cell / PowerXCell 8i. But god forbid you admit to that to, right? Fact is that this is an excellent accomplishment in the advancement of a technology. You never cease to amaze me, ever.
ROFLMAO! Dude you made me laugh. +Bubble and agree for that.
I see a cost reduction in future PS3s because of this. Also using 35-40% less power and using less space = less heat. PS3 Slim anyone?
Here I thought we have seen all of these articles already. This article, like every other one before it, fails. Now quick! All of you XBox fanboys approve it in record time because N4G hasn't had one of these in about a week! HURRY!!!
EDIT: Like I said approved in record time! Next on the list is a Blu-Ray is dead article because we haven't seen one of those in a while. Who wants to make a bet? Any takers?
NO
Do people keep giving this tool money to make these movies? For that matter, why do people keep going to see his movies?
Ignoring this game?
Please say this is a really bad joke. There is nothing about that phone that is even remotely appealing.
No I mean Q4 2009 which on my calendar is Oct - Dec. I don't use corporate financial quarters as they can be established anyway they want.
IF (see I said IF) God of War III releases Q4 2009 in time for the holidays it would be HUGE. I mean HUGE to the nTH power huge. Then again I would hope it isn't rushed to do so. I would rather see the title QA'd thouroughly before releasing it to ensure that it is as awesome as its' previous installments on the PS2 and PSP.
Nintendo fails its' third party devs. They will re-release GC games on the Wii with some enhancements and people will gobble them up ignoring pretty much all third parties. Not like it's a bad thing for the big N but for those looking to sell their wares on the Wii it certainly doesn't help any.
***Facepalm***
I can't believe you even said that. A company that has produced stellar titles for the PS1 and PS2 which for their time were no more difficult to code for than the PS3. Not only that but if the XBox 360 was so easy for SE to work on would you care to explain why TLR sucked so bad? I see something foul going on behind the scenes. What that is would be pure speculation but there is certainly something going on at SE to prevent them from launching titles on the PS...
I don't know if it's their sanity to question or their bank account. At this point and seeing how well the PS3 is doing and how poorly the XBox 360 is doing in Japan software/hardware wise it seems there is more at play. Me thinks that there was some type of payment made to SE from MS to keep the PS3 cold this long. IF (see I said IF) there is no MS involvement than all I can say is that SE has failed their customers and supporters.
Looks like this is the most useless feature to ever be included in a game this gen. I can just see all those people lugging around their 360/PS3 and a plasma/LCD TV to their friends house, who BTW, will have to pony up for the electric bill as well as hope to NOT blow a fuse. Oooh yes this is a winner of a feature. Who the hell thought this was a good idea anyway?
Interesting theory but how would you then explain the PS3 outselling the XBox 360 and PS2 combined if it were a matter of price/games? Simply put price is a non-factor in this and the quality of the machine and available games, regardless of price, dictate sales. The Wii is more expensive than the XBox 360 and literally murdered it in sales it also handed the PS3 its' ass as well. So again price cannot factored into this equation.
Although what you point out is relevant I find this a bit more telling and oddly humorous as well.

The PS2 which will be 9 years old in Japan come March of this year has outsold the XBox 360. This is just a testament to Sony and ...
I am going to predict the SAME outcome as the previous 16 installments. Xbox 360 comes out on top and the PS3 is yet again relegated to the bin. amirite?
SE has been tainted and refuse to use common sense. The data shows that the Playstation platform (PS2, PSP, PS3) have all shown exceptional sales in 2008. Not to mention that the PS3 and PSP enjoyed a healthy increase YoY from 2007 in overall software sales. Yet with all this sitting right in front of their noses for review SE remains adamant about their new policies and procedures. Well... stupid is as stupid does I guess.
"Managers in the company have told the Financial Times that Sir Howard's plans to cut 16,000 full-time and part-time jobs and restructure the company have met resistance from executives in its traditional manufacturing business."
The "Traditional manufacturing business" part especially. I see a lot of the cuts and layoffs happening in the T.V., Cell Phone and portable devices departments. The other thing that leads me to believe this is the "Old Guard&q...
