Edit
Wow! I still have the N64 cartridge. Very unexpected, but welcomed surprise.
"Sure, we know the PS5 will have backwards compatibility of some kind, but there have been a flurry of questions around not only what PlayStation consoles it will cover, but also how it accounts for previous purchases."
I may be in the minority, but this is perhaps what I'm most interested in finding out. Exactly how far back will BC extend?
@Kwiet
Wow. Don't understand why you got the disagrees. What you've stated is true. There was nothing negative about the context of the article.
For Question A, I don't have a strong opinion on either of these choices. But if I were forced to choose, I would say 2.
For Question B, without a doubt, 2 and 4. It's quite aggravating to have to sift through flaimbait or fanboy nonsense to find any semblance of substance. This would be a far different site if we can eliminate the distraction those two cause.
They should include this as a bonus edition with SoR4.
It would not surprise me if EA paid to keep 2K from developing a sim. They KNOW a 2K developed NFL sim would be a ginormous blow to the Madden franchise.
Like someone said in an earlier post, I'm HOPING this is a step in them being granted the rights to develop sim games.
I almost dropped my jaw upon seeing the news,...until I saw the non-simulation clause. Despite that, I was done with Madden during the PS2 era.
I can agree with IGN's list except that I would replace GOW with GOW2.
Interesting discussion. I don't usually do this, but I guess I'll toss my hat in the ring.
In no particular order,...
MGS2
MGS3: Subsistence*
GTA: San Andreas
GTA3
GOW2
ESPN NFL 2K5*
Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War
DMC3: Special Edition
007: Everything or Nothing*
Shadow of the Collosus
*Games I still play to this day.
@chiefJohn117
Are you kidding me?? Gaming in general has been progressively dumbed down by each passing generation. Unless you've just started gaming in the past few generations, i can't begin to fathom how you can honestly ask such a question.
"Nobody is complaining about Epic timed exclusives as much as they were a few months back."
That's mostly due in large part to the new 30-day policy Steam implemented prior to the release of RDR2.
@Jin
Even if there was a specific section for rumors, I'm sure said rumors would still find their way to the main section.
So (3), No.
Yes, the game is very enjoyable. Though my time for meaningful play through sessions is sparse.
"Kingdom Come Deliverance was a game I loved but never managed to finish."
Yeah...that just about sums it up for me.
Not at all if the rumors of full on legacy Playstation BC are true.
This.
It's hard to expect much when EA is still in sole possession of the license.
@anubusgold
What are you on about??
Will they ever give us a release date?
