Just got my second shipping confirmation email as well.
I haven't owned a Nintendo console since the GameCube, but if they were to do a quality remaster of Eternal Darkness, I'd get a Switch in a heartbeat...even if only for that game.
I was holding out this year until a potential future PC release, but this may cause me to get this on PS5 now.

Got this game ages ago for the N64 and loved it. Bought it a couple years ago on Steam for nostalgia purposes. The control scheme makes it not age well.
For sometime, I'd been contemplating getting a Shield to replce my Steam Link hw as the Shield is a more capable 4K/60 device for streaming. Happy they notified us before I finally decided to pull the trigger on getting one.
And of those, it's quite interesting to see that From Software is the only developer with multiple wins.
Wow. So there's the ability to shoot blasters now?
And it's all the more remarkable that they showed an actual gameplay trailer rather than a CGI short piece.
I would love to see Sega package these games in a collection for console and PC.
Wish this would come to PC.

I think the only way you'll see that is if Sony brings it's own storefront/gaming platform to PC.

PC games do have achievements based on whatever platform's being used. For example, Steam has Steam Achievements which operate the same as Trophies.
Yeah, I was one of the backers. The game even had a slated pc release. Shame it fell through.
