M$ owns Halo. Bungie doesn't.
While I do think it's completely immoral to sign on with Activision after all they've done to the industry as a whole and to Infinity Ward.... Plus that bastard Bobby Kotick.. However, Bungie seems to have made a much smarter deal with them than IW did. Which, if you're going to make a deal with the devil, then it's for the best that you make a damn good deal, I spose..
"Under the terms of the agreement, Activision will have exclusive, worldwide rights to publish and distri...
There is Katamari Forever for the PS3.. But it's more of a remake / tribute of the older games, no real new levels, but awesome art design..
Really interesting facts and figures. People buy a lot of crap games for their Wii, and I work in retail and it makes me a lil bit sad..
I give M$ my moneys, and feel completely satisfied with it. I have so many multiplayer games though, and a bunch of friends on XBL.. So, really, it's worth it for me. Plus, party chat is a godsend. && I haven't heard a 14 year old since when I played Halo 3 for months after it came out .. Because, well, they introduced party chat. I only have to talk to people that I actually want to talk to. Plus, there is that handy dandy mute button, which I definitely use when people are annoying ...
I do think Sony was wrong to get rid of Backwards Compatibility... Or at least to not put it back in, and then sell the games on the network.. But, only Nintendo has true BC this generation, only some Xbox games work on the 360.. & I also agree I don't like that they got rid of OtherOS, just because of that Hotz kid. I think they should have at tried every single way that the smart cookies at Sony could think of to fix it, instead of getting rid of the feature as a whole.

I'm not sure on the whole "have the right to do this" nonsense..
But, Gizmodo talked to the guy AFTER he called Apple and tried to alert them and give it back. Apple dismissed the guy. So, really, the phone wasn't stolen. It was lost, then found, and then they tried to give it back, and Apple shouldn't have dismissed them, if they're just going to do this nonsense. So, I think that should factor in somewhere. Apple's own lack of communication through out the company is...
Your example A and B are flawed.
The real example A in this situation: Woman loses purse. Man finds it, calls and offers to give it back, and the woman dismisses him. After, Man sells purse to Gizmodo, who then use it however. After finding out all the information about her purse is out on the internet, Woman has temper tantrum and sues Gizmodo, even though Woman could have gotten the purse back from the original Man who found it.
The real example B in this situati...
That big secret at the end that causes the big disconnect with the character.. It really killed the replay value for me. Like, that character was my favorite, and now when I play as him again, I'm just like .... I don't like thiss...
Plus, I understand why they did it, but the fact that during Ethan's trials he really can't die and my actions did not affect that part of it... I just don't like that either. I mean, it's understandable, because it would kind of end the game, but th...
Mirror's Edge. It got a great review on IGN and it apparently got turned into more of a rhythm game, which I think would be super cool.
Plus, I loooooove Mirror's Edge, I must have beaten it 20 times on PC.
At Gamestop, they only have to display 1 box of a game, and they keep the rest sealed up in backstock.
In my eyes, once Apple blew off the guy that tried to give the iphone back to them and let them know, they kind of lose my sympathy, and should really not get to pursue legal action, since it's their own damn fault at that point. & I love Apple products and I think Steve Jobs is super cool. But, someone tells you "Hey I have your iPhone prototype..." even if the guy is drunk, I wouldn't just dismiss the guy. Plus, they bricked the phone, and knew it was missing, and the fella st...
Assassin's Creed has ugly characters too. Like, they had the one girl modeled after Kristen Bell which she voices.. & she is amazing looking, but seriously in-game she looks horrific. So does Desmond.. and Thankfully Ezio has his face covered 99% of the game.. Just all their faces are terribad.
With M$ footing the bill, this is extremely doubtful.
isn't ugly. Back the fudge off of L4D characters. & what about that fan guy in Oblivion with the ugly face and worse hair? He should be on there..
Or.. Idk if I'm the only one.. Kratos is kind of the ultimate butterface.. But his sheer mantastic-ness makes up for it .. and his abs.
The reason Nintendo doesn't have a legitimate headset is because they're afraid that their system will attract the worst kind of person:
The pedo /generic pervert. They can also be found on 360's Uno and PSN's Home. Uno's treated like chatroulette, and for PSN home, heaven forbid you make a girl avatar. I got icky messages. & never ever went back on. But, Nintendo has a lot of games perfect for little kiddies, so I can understand the fear, I just don't condone Nintendo's need...
What about super awesome amazing people, like me? I'm on there.
I saw this when I played today and burst out laughing. So perfect, a note to Otis from Frank West. Sad to know he ran out of film, though.
Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is not a demo, but it's pretty much what EA wants to do.
I will not be paying for any part of the game that's not actually out yet, unless it's not actually included in the game, then it's DLC, and still not a demo..
It cannot become another IW situation, Bungie owns the IP, and Activision only has the rights to publish that particular IP for 10 years, so Bungie could still make another new IP, and have someone else publish it. Plus, Bungie is completely independent, so Activision cannot fire the head honchos or anyone in Bungie, because they don't own them.
