It kind of did? It at least kept the Xbox alive long enough and set the multiplayer foundation for Bungie to make Halo 2, and that evolved the entire console gaming industry..

Online gaming. <3

Plus, the couch-multiplayer. and the LAN awesomeness.. and co-op was pretty awesome in Halo.. sigh. I <3 Halo. :)

was the first console game that proved to me that First Person Shooters can actually be just as solid control-wise on a console as they are on the PC. Plus, it was really my first big co-op game. So many memories just playing couch co-op and beating Halo with my friends.. & then killing them off in multiplayer.

And then Halo 2 like single-handedly started online gaming on the consoles, honestly. And everyone benefits from that.. I really doubt XBL would have taken off lik...

for loving Glee? It's super addicting. Give it a chance. :)

Well, if I have to pay for it, I doubt I'll bother, since I have netflix, and DVR. But, if it is free, then I'll be super happy to watch my Glee on my 360. :) Plus, Parks and Recreation. Soo awesome.

Am I really like the only one that loved ODST? I loved the new way that they did the campaign, and how I couldn't just run and gun and expect to have unlimited ammo. It just made the Halo universe feel new again, but still familiar..

Plus, firefight was just plain addicting and fun. I played it at my friends for hourss at a time.. & the fact that they included the whole halo 3 multiplayer experience, and the maps, and forge. Especially since I never paid for the map ...

PS3 doesn't have better ones. They have different ones. Mass Effect and Gears of War are both extremely well reviewed, and received, as well as L4D, and I didn't even mention the IPs that M$ owns.

And, Alan Wake will not be going to the PC. Plus, M$ does the Games for Windows. If it's on PC & 360, then it's still exclusive to M$, as they are still making bank on it. I have no problem sharing my 360 exclusives with my PC brethren.

But, reg...

With the Resident Evils, and Left 4 Deads, and Dead Risings.. I don't see color. I don't see race. I just see the undead who are trying to eat my brains.

Really, zombies are the least racist concept in the world. Anyone can become one, and they are universally evil. It doesn't matter if you're black, white, asian, latin, muslim, arab, egyptian... None of it matters. The only thing that matters is survival and slaughtering the evil veggies that are zombies.. If...

Mass Effect hasn't come to the PS3, Gears hasn't come to the PS3, and it's too soon to say for sure, but Splinter Cell Conviction hasn't come out for the PS3. Plus, Alan Wake, L4D.. Plus, I've heard good things about Blue Dragon, yes?

There are a handful of good games that stay exclusive to Microsoft, even without them owning the IP or developing it first party.

Both systems have good exclusives. Which is why I invested in both the conso...

Insomniac hasn't chosen the 360, though. They are just going to develop a game for both the 360 and the PS3. It's just like Bungie hasn't chosen the PS3.

I mean, Sony themselves said that third party exclusives are pretty much done, so while M$ is willing to shell out the money to get some, I think Sony is just going to depend on the first party games, and not shell out the money for Final Fantasy and yada yada.

I like Sony this generation. The ...

Built-in mac-masking software. I mean, pictures this: College dorm, they won't let you hook up your xbox, and they make you register your PC's mac address..

You can then tell your 360 - "Hey, you have this mac address now!" - and get on without a problem. & it's super easy to use, and built in. Plus, it's not one of those features that everyone knows about. Fancy. This list fails for not including it.

I know this article is laying on the humor, but I highly doubt girls are going to be like OH MY GOD LET'S GET PREGNANT WOOOOOOOO from this game. Little girls always have little baby dolls that they play with, some of them play house, blahblah. Is that teaching them to have children at 15? no, it isn't. It's a little ridic that someone would make this article. A lot of little girls pretend they have a little baby and carrying it around and whatever. It doesn't mean that they wi...

I'll def check out the episodes then. Like, it's not that I hated GTA IV at all, I just thought that Rockstar had lost it's sense of humor and fun. The only things that seemed truly funny in the game were the radio stations and maybe the TV. I was just disappointed. But, LA Noire, I'm not going to be expecting an over the top silly experience, I'm going to be a 1940s popo detective with murders about to solve :]

@persistanthug, I like realism when it suits...

This is one of my most anticipated games. I didn't like GTA IV very much, because I expected it to be over the top and silly and fun.. and it didn't really deliver, and I'm not into westerns, so I didn't check out RDR. But, I think that this is one Rockstar game that I'll love. Crime mysteries have always seemed so fascinating to me, and the tone is dark, and you get to try to figure out if people are telling the truth. Woo. I'm excited.

But why would you lose interest in a game because it's going to be on more than one platform? This game looks amazing, and the new take on motion capture they're doing looks pretty awesome. Plus, I love the fact that it's going to be set in the 1940s and it's going to be all murder-mystery-tastic.

I think that it's never a bad thing that more people can have the chance to experience something great. I mean, I would understand if GTA IV or RDR were inferior...

Smart cookie. But, I don't actually find this an issue with Heavy Rain. Maybe it's because they looked pretty human.. but the whole story is completely designed to make you empathetic to them and understand what they feel. It never went into the valley of creepyness for me.

Like, I admit the movie Polar Express completely creeped me out and I thought everyone on that train was disgusting, and slightly terrifying. No thanks. But, Heavy Rain is different. I didn't ...

I hatehatehate Activision.... But I'm also a lil bit of a Treyarch fangirl.. I loved World at War for everything it was. I thought it was much better than MW2. 'Course.. Treyarch actually likes their fans. I mean, co-op campaign, .. an actual campaign that lasted more than 5 hours, dedicated servers for our PC brethren..

Plus.. Nazi Zombies!

If they put a Vietcong or Guerilla Zombie mode in the game, then I will buy it day one. Otherwise.. I might b...
