We're going to completely rip Nintendo off.. but nonono, don't think it's a Wiimote. It's so different.. Because, well. It glows.

But, I do like that they said it's a complimentary product, hopefully meaning it won't take over. I really don't like motion controls, they're really not accurate enough in the kinds of games that I like.. So, as long as all the big releases have controller controls, and motion controls as an alternative, I won't...

As long as you're a casual gamer. The Wii is lacking quality games, because their motion controls make it so easy for "developers" out there to cash in and make cheap party games that are trash. The quality games on the Wii are few and far between.

Just because the bajillion casual gamers out there are stupid and will buy anything that's the new fad, it doesn't make it right.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I think it's good that t...

There was 0 hype for this game. I saw like, a couple articles for it, but not many. This was nothing like the LBP hype-train. I'll probably give it a try. I was never big into mario kart, but this one looks cute and I like how everything is customizable.

So either way, it lives up to the hype, since .. there was none. But, it seems like it has potential.

Quantic Dream owns the Heavy Rain IP.

http://www.heavyrainps3.com...

Enter the website, and notice at the bottom: Heavy Rain is a trademark or a registered trademark of Quantic Dream.

I've checked other PS3 exclusive games, if Sony owns the IP, it would say it's a registered trademark of Sony Computer Entertainment.

I like the 3000.. The PSPgo just is way too teeny, plus the analog stick was already useless on the 3000, but now it's like half the size on the PSPgo.. I played a game on it, and I thought the go was too small for my teeny hands, I'm surprised any fellas can use it ..

It'll be the next big thing for casual gamers. The games that will require it are most likely to be casual games. Fable 3 is going to have some parts that is Natal compatible, and that's how it should be. I doubt the shooters are going to be Natal-required, which.. face it. Shooters are the bread and butter of the 360, and there are a bunch of quality ones, with a lot of variety.

Sure, there will be some games that require Natal, but I bet the ones that are worthwhil...

The story does make sense. In Disney, they pull two "random volunteers" who have said they have never done anything like that game ever before.. & then they go up and do it perfectly, and then lead the rest of trying to get people tp dance? Yeah ok. I call shenanigans. & the konami chick failed out of an easy song, that is embarrassing.

The genji one does make me laugh though. & that whole Nintendo press conference was cringe worthy.

I don't think that Sony fueled the hype-train like they did for LBP. A lot of the people that came into GameStop hadn't really heard much about it, if at all, when I asked if they wanted to pre-order it ..

I might pick it up eventually. I'm not the biggest into racers like mario kart, but i might give it a try.

Adrela made a great point saying that the cost of an average game is $60. Kind of puts it in perspective.. Also, Natal is a new piece of hardware, and back in the day when the arcade was a new piece of hardware, it was $299. So, it's really half the price.

I mean, now that I'm putting thought into this.. Natal, you don't need controllers for. At all. So, if someone picks up an arcade just to play Natal games, then it's actually kind of a steal. 4 controllers a...

Natal costs $50 less than a brand new console?

M$ really just doesn't know how to price their accessories. Their USBs are $70 for 16g, and their wifi adapter is $100. Like, no wonder they can sell the arcade for just $199. They make a killing on everything else.

I love my 360, but they sure know how to nickel and dime.

EA has actually published quite a few original IPs within the past few years. Mirror's Edge being one. But, they also publish Mass Effect and Rock Band and Dead Space and Dragon Age and Crysis. All of those have been brand new this generation, and none of those games are clones of each other.

Sure, EA got a lil bit evil for a while, but now it seems like they are taking much more in the way of chances, I mean Mirror's Edge was the very first of it's kind, and the...

Bungie has a limited contract with Activision, and Insomniac has a limited contract with EA. The world is going crazy!

But, I think it's good for gamers anyways, as long as both developers keep their souls. Plus, this means we're getting at least two new IPs out in the world, correct? and both are being done by accomplished developers. There's really no downside that I can see..

I dislike the majority of everything that Nintendo has done this generation. I really do. I think they've lost a lot of their ambition and have become slightly lazy. Plus, I'm not a fan of motion controls.

But, when a game like SMG2 comes out, it reminds me of how amazing Nintendo can be, and gives me hope for the future.

It doesn't have to be in hd when it's absolutely beautiful anyways.

Plus, Spydiggity, Tony Hawk actually wasn't a joke once upon a time, and it was revolutionary .. and fun..

Surprisingly, I kind of agree. I was so hyped on that game, I even bought a PS3 for it .. The bajillion different endings, blahblah.. But, in all honesty, once you find out who the killer is, it's really not very fun on the following play throughs, and I just couldn't really do it. I really think it would have been much better to have the killer change with each play through. I mean, sure that would have taken a bunch of time and effort.. but the game was only 8 hours long anyways, a...

My list is pretty amazing, haha.

But, c'mon, Halo is going to be super amazing! I always love their campaigns and playing it with friends. I <3 Bungie :) Almost as much as I <3 Valve..

I can understand that complaint more, but still, none of the glitches in the game that I really came by were game breaking at all. One time dogmeat died while he was stuck in a wall so I couldn't heal him, but I learned early on to save often - especially if I wanted to keep dogmeat around.. so it was no biggie, I just reverted to an old save. I think I would be more harsh on the glitches if the game wasn't so massive and so detailed. .. and amazing. My reasoning is if they're goi...

Dude, if someone buys their young child, I'm talking 10 or younger any GTA game, they're a terrible parent. No child should be exposed to those themes that young, imo.

But, if they're stupid enough to let their children play those games that young, heaven effin forbid they let them experience it on their own. Nonononono. Unacceptable. Let the children be innocent for a while. Hell, when I was young, I played games. But, my parents wouldn't let me touch GTA un...

I actually agree with Rockstar. I work at GameStop, and some mother bought their 6 year old child GTA: San Andreas. Now, I'm not going to tell people how to parent their children, but I named off everything why it's mature rated: SEX and DRUGS and VIOLENCE and LANGUAGE... and HOOKERS. and STRIPPERS, figuring the mother just didn't realize it.. Nono, the lady still bought it for her SIX YEAR OLD CHILD. Now, if the kid had been 13 or older, I would not have been judgmental at all. I...

If there's no violence or sex, then it's not only for adults. Really, name a game or television show or movie that's just for adults that has no violence or sex. Especially in America, we'll take our violence with a side of sex. and bacon. to go. so we can kick some booty on the way to our sexy times.

An M rated game does not really equate to a maturity level in a person. They're just a warning that it's not appropriate for young children. It doesn&#...
