Am I really the only one who figures Square knows they will sell enough games on the "most pirated system" to break even with the development cost. Heck they may even make a dime or two. For once Obama and I agree, MGS3s ending blew 4s ending out of the water. For me (most people disagree but hey it's an opinion) MGS4s ending was such a huge let down. It's like it was thrown together just for shock value and to tie up loose ends. It's like the new Indiana Jones movie with the aliens, Big Boss, really?!
Easily F.E.A.R. 2 for me. When has that EVER happened in anything game, movie, or one of Shakespear's plays? Never... I've never just had that much hit me all at once and been awe struck to that extent...
There are a LOT of hardcore JP players out there, I've played with a bunch of them. They love online games but honestly don't care too much for a certain American company...

Nah, it's just the fact that people don't think to buy mature games on the DS. Even older males tend to buy Mario and Advanced Wars on the DS without considering GTA or Mortal Kombat. But heck, Rockstar didn't loose anything, this was just some leftover cash from the 360 DLC deal ;)

Well if wired internet is an option then I would go with what he can play with most of his friends. At this point and time there really isn't a "future proof" console. Both Sony and MS are hard at work making their new consoles, given with the level of DLC these days it's hard to consider seeing either company cut off all support for their respective console. With Xbox originals and PSN games you can download all the old masterpieces. It's a safe bet to say we'll see the exact same ...

I'd say HL 2 was overrated, at least to me. Now I absolutely adore Episode 2 and CS, but do you really know too many people that still play HL 2 often?

It's hard to comment on this guys review because Fear 2 wa so special to me. He doesn't talk about all the little things that make it stand out. The attention to detail when it explains why Alma does what she does. Not to mention the ending... When in video game history has a game ever ended like this one (I refuse to spoil this). I feel he doesn't understand Fear at all. It's an action game, always has been, with a horror story for atmosphere. It's not a survival horror game at all. Oh well ...
I have to go with the one from fear 2 without a doubt. Just like Gears it's really meaty but not just for head shots :)
"no, the mgs series is the 1 greatest series in the history of gaming", then why doesn't everyone like it? Mario is a far more recognized symbol for gaming with a larger appeal. It does have one of the best mixes of action and storytelling, I'll agree there 100%.
