As far as I know the price will be around 40€ which is absolutely disgusting for a game that's 10 years old, somewhat polished and they slapped on a bunch of mods created by players...
You do get fishing, survival and some other minor mods for free

It's not like that's any better though. What exactly suggests that it's BS? If anything, recent studies have shown that we really don't know a whole lot on how gender and sex works. That includes the fact that a binary system is simply not enough to define gender. Saying things like "the whole non-binary thing is total BS" without really understanding it sounds an awful lot like things people used to think and say about queer people decades ago...
For all of you having your little fits and rants about how it doesn't matter: If it doesn't matter then why are you so upset? It's not taking anything away from your experience. This was literally about DICE replying to a tweet asking if the character is NB. Up until then they had been very low key, and the only reason it came up was because in the original tweet they referred to Sundance with they/them pronouns.
First up, "Witcher Syndrome" sounds ridiculous, and you can hardly blame Witcher for other games using similar systems. Stop trying so hard to make it a thing.
As for alternative systems, probably an unpopular opinion (maybe? I don't know), but I kinda like Destiny 2's system where you can reinforce your old weapons and armor with new ones. On his comment about elves and dark elves: If I remember correctly, Mimir at some point explains that both types of elves are actually from Alfheim, two sides of same coin etc, and Svartalfheim is actually only called that because Odin thought dwarves were dark elves. Still isn't based on actual mythology (as far as I know) but still a pretty important detail.
In my head-cannon it's just because everyone else in that world are ancient, and he's literally just a kid so it made sense that he would speak more immaturely.
I didn't even consider it before, but I would gladly welcome an Elder Scrolls competitor. Bethesda hasn't exactly impressed with their re-releases of Skyrim, so I don't really have high hopes for ES6 either. They could do what Outer Worlds was to Fallout.
They really need to (at least temporarily) shorten the time before you get logged out for AFK. When I've actually gotten in, there are a whooole lot of people with the afk marker. I'm looking at you, half-naked idlers of Limsa-Lominsa...
