Going with the exam idea, you would need to alter it some. The pencil you write with is heavier and more difficult to manage and the paper you are using is more delicate. In the books, most recent collection of short stories, they have stories of events after 3 and while not all the elites have banned with the Arbiter the covenant is dead as a group. The war is over. Not to say that skirmishes aren't still present. Possibly go back to pre-covenant battles where outer colonies are fighting for their independence. No, the PSPgo limited the games you could play as your previous library became trash. Also there were games coming on for the PSP that weren't also coming out as a DD. LOL. Too stubborn? You realize MS already pays royalties for dvd which partly goes to Sony right? Also Sony pays royalties to MS when they install Windows on their computers that they sell. If they do go with digital download only, I expect them to do like steam does and predownload the game before launch. Games go gold for almost a month (sometimes more) before the release date. This time is used to print all the materials like disks, cases, manuals, etc etc. If it is just digital, you can begin installing the game before it comes out. The day it comes out, you download a patch and it unlocks the files to play.

Actually major companies like Sony hire "hacker" groups all the time to test out the limits of their security. Once breached (if breached) they collect the information and use it to further strengthen their security. Hackers can be very useful.
Also, hacks/mods/workarounds are how some of the standard features we have now came to be. Iphone wouldn't have wallpapers if it weren't for hackers.
