That's how it is every generation. People who really got into gaming will always think of their first generation as the best generation. For me, the Playstation/ Saturn/ N64 generation was the best followed closely by the Snes/ Genesis gen. The best part of last gen for me was live as it was really when I first started getting into online gaming. I personally feel the games in general are way better this gen compared to last gen.
How is the performance. That's what I want to know. I'll buy based off of that. The more I see on this game, the more I want.

The whole idea of Kinect is full body tracking. It's just common sense that if you have objects in front of you the camera won't be able to properly see you.
That's like me complaining that I can't play Move when my wife blocks the camera with a decorative item.

Coding doesn't make the game fun. Good design does. Coding doesn't make the game pretty. Good art does. Good coding allows a bigger pallet for these artists. That is why, even though your just stating your opinion, the best games aren't on the easier to code for console.

No one said the 360 was more powerful than the PS3, just easier to program for. It probably took 1/4 the man hours to get the games on 360 to look that good compared to what it takes on the PS3. That is Sony's fault. If they did a better job building their SDK's and dev tools, devs wouldn't have to spend hardly that amount of time squeezing power from the PS3. More games would look like Sony first party games. Sony first party games would look even better!
with that logic, why are devs even bothering building stuff for the specialized product? How many people do you know own a race car? Not much of a market there. They should go make stuff for the family car (wii) or the nicer street legal sporty car (360).
Considering that the two guys who own the Modern Warfare license aren't with Activision any more, I'm pretty sure there won't be a MW:3. That and the fact that Activision can't make a COD that takes place in modern/ near future time period because those same two guys also own the rights.
