And all of those games have fixed camera/ restricted/ limited areas with a limited amount of stuff on screen.
This is an MMO, wide open world, Tons of enemies and people on screen at once. It's just a different type of game. MMO's have always and will always be memory intensive. It's part of their design.
I don't remember MS ever saying they weren't going to do 3d.
If ms paid for it were is the part where they or halo is mentioned? Money well spent? Also why would they sponsor their competetion? Ms just announced the win7 phone.
I seriously doubt it. Ms and halo were never mentioned. Also the cutoff suit and vehicles do have differences. Just not much.
No telling how either company will handle hardware next gen. Possible it will only be minor improvements as both companies have been very impressed with how the wii sold and seem to want to copy it.
And yet no way to play in hd :( can't wait for the game though.
Yea, not the best quality.
First two were great but the third sucked.
I just don't think halo would of been what it is without live.

Yeah, I just don't see it.
Oh a...
Wow, how much of a rip off can you get?
LOL, US only because all the Euro members here hate the 360 anyways.
I honestly hope they fix this but I really can't help but find it funny considering all the PS3 will never be hacked comments from some extreme fanboys.
Pirating ruins the industry.
I'm still really confused why people keep saying Microsoft leaked the game. Did I miss something? Does the article say this? I read the article and i don't see this. Sounds like a lot of people are reading the title and making assumptions.
No, Microsoft put review copies on live for reviewers to dl and review. They were given a code to allow the dl. Someone who had a dl allowed a hacking group to pull those files and crack them so they could be burned to a disk.
I can honestly say I wouldn't be too upset by this.
Kinect is not for me. Neither is Move though. If the Wii had the option to never use the motion controls, I'd opt out of them too.
No need to download, just borrow or rent a copy of the game you want. Still worth it in the eyes of people hat will pirate anyways.
7$ rental < 60$ purchase.
What about GT6?
The idea of streaming stuff off the hdd in the distance is that on screen at any given time there is still only the amount of action/detail/objects that the systems memory can handle. As you move forward, the new stuff is streamed in.
With MMOs, you could be in a single town with hundreds of people all around you at any given time. It is this reason that the streaming technique doesn't necessarily solve all the issues with MMO memory use.
