Impressive. You managed to make a comment about this game without bringing up an obvious thing.
Did someone hijack your account?
Fish shouldn't have ever told anyone to "chock on his ****" or to "kill yourself".
It doesn't matter what anyone says to you, the guy who is a public figure acting like a troll deserves troll treatment.
Regardless, this issue isn't inherent to the gaming industry it's behavior attached to a little something-something called human behavior.
Gamers should go outside sometime, they just might witness it in i...
Get ready for the Adam Sesslers and Polygon reviewers to bombard this game with "OMG SEXISM!" articles.
Well here's the thing, if equality is the measure to which feminist seek, then shouldn't it be about the capabilities of the female characters and not necessarily their visual depiction?
This then means that if people have a problem -- not with the capabilities of these characters -- with the visual look of these characters (even while a half-dressed, buff male dwarf is on the team) then it has little to do with equality and more to do with how these characters make ...
There were women in Journey?
I thought they were genderless?
I do wonder what some anti-sexism groups think of other cultures, regions and countries that don't hold the same values as them. I mean, would feminist come down hard on CD Projekt for their depiction of women in The Witcher?
How about the Japanese? Would feminist rally against them for the way they portray and exaggerate the female form? Or how about the South Koreans or even the Chinese, where the devs are known for doing the same thing?
Or is it that...
Prepare for fanboy rebuttal.
If the 10 year cycle is real I would have been doubly afraid for the games under that old DRM policy, because does that mean you'd have 10 good years of being able to use your games on an XB1 before being shepherded into using the XB2?
Look, I know some people are die-hard console fanboys, but I'll just leave this here... so 360/PS3 fans know what they have to look forward to with Watch Dogs on their ancient consoles:

There's no such thing as a "botched trailer".
Someone in engineering lowered the in-engine graphics to "low", recorded some stock footage and sent it to the PR manager and then the PR sent out that stock footage?
Do you have any idea how asinine that sounds?
Game development doesn't work like that.
What happens is that you have various builds for each iteration of the game's release. You don&...
Let's be real here people. This is a game about being able to manipulate the world around you using hacking and technology. It's an open world game and any NPC can be a target.
Are we really supposed to believe that current-gen is going to look any better than that trailer running everything in real-time, with dynamic lighting, multiple AI interactions, traffic, drivable vehicles and open-ended interactivity?
Unless Ubisoft is planning on utilizing ...
Except that doesn't make sense -- where will current gen consoles get the extra power to look as good as next-gen consoles?
Are we going to ignore real world technological logic and just follow the PR hype train?
Please go back and play Saints Row, Saints Row 2 or Saints Row 3 on your Xbox 360 and PS3... It looks just as bad as the video above.
And why would you bring up GTA IV? Do you remember how that looks on current gen consoles? Jaggies, smeared textures and poor framerate.
The only game you named that looks good on current gen that's open world is Far Cry.
Rick Lopez in that comment section sums it up perfectly: If Fish wanted to say critical, nasty, mean things but didn't want feedback, TURN OFF THE SHARING OPTIONS!
You're bound to piss people off with strong opinions and forcing people to see that and make it public and yourself public just opens things up for public abuse.
I don't blame anyone in this awful situation other than Fish. He had just not engaged troll mentality by acting like a troll...
Most open world games that have a lot going on don't usually have great graphics or the graphics and framerate really suffer.
This will be fixed for next-gen. It's not lazy that Ubisoft just hit a technical ceiling with current-gen hardware.
I didn't bubble you down, but I did add a disagree.
In case it isn't clear...I disagree with you.
I was thinking the same thing.
Would all the anti-sexism feminists (most of which seem to be men) prefer it if more games had dudes with giant crotches and dangling, physics-based testicles that bounced and jiggled around every time they walked, ran or jumped?
All right, then...don't let the Sorceress' boobs smack you on the butt on your way out.
YES!
Gosh I love beat 'em ups and every time I go out looking for them they're so hard to find on ANY system. It's such a shame.
I'm glad this game is coming and, I too, hope that it revives this genre that's been abandoned and overlooked for modern war-shooters and "gritty" reboots.
That picture makes it look like Gaben will do a burlesque dance with the money.
Also, I agree with JBSleek...options are king. There are some things that I prefer to pick up from retail. Also, any real gamer can't deny the fact that the giddy feeling of buying a new physical copy in the wrapped plastic and taking it home is an experience all on its own.
You're arguing a losing battle.
Sadly the fanboys will believe that the PS3 can do Killzone: Shadow Fall graphics with the right kinds of "optimization".
Sometimes, it's just best to let them live in their delusion.
