I don't believe Valve will ever make a game for the PS3, their Source engine ports horribly to the PS3.
I don't mind them not making games for the PS3, it's no big deal. However, insulting the PSN community because they can not make games for the PS3 is not a very smart or mature thing to do. They don't sound like the most intelligent bunch.
All they have to say is "we prefer to make games only for the PC & 360" and everyone accepts it and moves on... j...

With all these perks that get you easy kills, it's way too much of an easy game to play. I'll rent it to play the single player story, then I'll give it back.

I would be willing to retort my entire statement if when I look at MW2 on a console and it looks like that picture! BTW what resolution are they running MW2 at again? It's not even HD. Aren't we suppose to be in the HD age, where 75% of gamers have 1080P/720P HD TV's.

They would love to use the same game engine for another 2 or 3 games cause they know people would still buy into it, they're printing money from dated technology and they know it! for the first 6 months, then I'll pick it up used at a huge bargin basement price from craigslist.org, for the single player & co-op spec ops. MW2 online doesn't mean squat to me, the p2p net play has too much lag and is just too frustrating for me. With how fast the gameplay is in MW2, they definitely need dedicated server for all platforms. I can't believe with all that cash they are making, that they can't pony up a few game servers???
Anyway, I'll be too busy with Unchart...
R6V2 sucked so bad, the multiplayer was unplayable on the PS3 for the first month of release. It's the only game I've ever bought on release day... which I brought back & demanded my money back!
Ubisoft need to sell the Tom Clancy franchise to a developer that actually cares about making AAA masterpieces and not just milk the name for all it's worth.

Borderlands actually look very good on the other hand... maybe from here on in, games that use the UE3 should all use the cell shading style.
it sold for $40 CAD (for 24hrs only) at Walmart, Bestbuy & Futureshop!! Gamestop/EBGames wouldn't do price matching like they did will Batman AA.
From what the Walmart clerk told me, all the Walmarts only received about 20 copies (10-PS3 & 10-360)... I believe this was the reason for 95% of the Walmarts being sold out. Bestbuy stores apparently had line ups before their stores opened this morning.

However, I do understand what he's going through, I too lost my best friend to cancer in May 2005, God rest his soul! He was a big PS2 gamer and him and I use to game together all the time, especially the Socom series. I even created a 2nd PSN id in his honor (his old Socom id).
