As for the multi-player, it's a relief that it will not be like a modern military Quake arcade shooter (at least the objective mode)!
for once in his life, Adam was pretty funny. His facial expressions when KB called everything but "Adam" and when KB was talking about the grandfather, had me rolling on the floor LMAO! He actually played his part well.

As much as I dislike the COD franchise, I have to admit "that the biggest and most popular gaming franchise ever" (on consoles) in this present generation is COD! You can't argue that 20,000,000 units sold figure for MW2 alone! That almost as much as all Halo games combined.

Sony didn't pay anything! If you had any knowledge you would have known that Microsoft had a promotion this summer for XBL downloadable games, if your game was exclusive for six months to a year.
Sony always *suggest* you to add additional content in your game if it was previously released on xbl, that is if you would like to have it pass their certification in a timely manner.
I'm probably one of the few people on N4G, that know & have played everyone of those games & system (TRS80) and I totally agree, those are all better than the MW experience!!

I happened to have grown up in the "Star Wars" era, yes I was in the theater at the ripe old age of 10 years old (in 1979 - I'm 41 now). I can honestly say Halo is nothing like the juggernaut Star Wars. I'm one that agrees... it's a personal choice and you have that right.
However, I on the other hand like to KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid), and love the simplicity of the ps3's interface. Personally, I'd rather reserve the memory & cpu/gpu cycles for actual gaming, than flashy eye candy interfaces. I'm one for speed when it comes to interfaces... gaming on the other hand, is where I like my resources to be used. But that's just me!

Not everyone has played Halo, but everyone has played COD. One has been enjoyed by gamers on 2 platforms, xbox, pc (at least 1&2 have)... while the other has been enjoyed by gamers on 4 platforms, pc, xbox, ps3, wii.
When it comes to numbers (and I think that's what they mean by "the biggest")... they don't lie.
Personally, I'm not a fan of Halo or COD, but the facts seem to be skewed by M$ again.
Because I can differentiate real life & a video game. Plus, serving your country is one thing, but going to some foreign country and putting your life at risk is your own personal decision, people that do, know the risks.
Personally, I would never go to some foreign land and fight, I think it's nuts (not knowing the territory etc.), however if a foreign country were to invade my country I'd be on the front lines!
