Killzone 2/3 & the Fallout +addons all have very high sharp graphical detail, great surround sound & terrific gameplay, from THIS GEN and are the perfect examples of why I bought the next-gen hardware! Those games take full advantage of all the hardware I use, as I mentioned.

I'm curious, if graphics don't matter to you, then why did you invest in a next-gen hd console, surround sound system & HDTV? That is, assuming that you did buy them or are you still playing your old xbox/ps2 on your old SDTV?
Personally, I invested a lot of money into next-gen gaming hardware, so I DO EXPECT the games I purchase to make use of hd graphics, sound & gameplay to the fullest! If that makes me a graphics whore, so be it!

I never really thought of how much technology M$ abandons, WOW, now that I think about it, that's a lot of $$$ down the drain if you are an early adopter for several of M$'s latest & greatest technologies!
The problem is that they're using the wii casual control scheme, by you having to move the reticle. If they have an option to lock the reticle to the center of the screen, like we FPS gamers have been use to for years, that will contribute greatly to the moves success.

I see your point. IMO, the additional controller scheme approach is the best implementation of motion controller because it eases players into the technology (especially in mid console cycle) and prepares them for the next-gen of motion controls.

The biggest deciding factor is how well it's implemented into Action/FPS/RPS/RTS games.
For FPS games (the most popular genre presently) they need to make sure they allow the option for a stationary reticle (in the middle of the screen) and only move the camera, like shooter fans are use too. I've seen quite a few MAG/Socom4/Killzone 3 forum posts on the topic... I think that will make or break the acceptance of Move for the shooter fan.
Why the hell do they feel the need to separate/alienate themselves from the rest of gamers? Aren't they just gamers as well?

Yeah, I was suffering from the wii wrist flicking as well. It's a bad habit and it's hard habit to get out... the wii has ruined me for the move!
However... I like to move it, move it..
And the Move (none bundled) is sold out (besides pre-orders) in 4x Bestbuy's & 5x EBGames in my area (eastern part of Toronto, Ontario, Canada). I was lucky enough to get my 4x Move controllers, I had to do some driving though! There's still plenty of the Sub controllers available. I'm charging them up now!

PSN chat is much better than XBL... people on XBL always sound like the robot from the "Speak & Spell" toy from the 80's (very distorted). Most all of my friend on PSN use Astro A40s or Tritton AXPros or Sony's Blutooth headset.
put it in the cradle, plug it in your PS3 and turn it on (the green button will light up & blink)... then talk away.

The A40's is the one I have & use... it's saved me from being shanked from behind in many a online shooter game. I can vouch for it's quality and I love the fact that I don't need a power outlet nearby, because it's powered from the usb (one less wire to deal with)!
I did the smart thing and taped the usb & fibre audio cables together to make one cable, so now I only have 2 cables to deal with (instead of 3).

First off, how can you say that Kz3 & FO3 have shown no graphical progression??? Have you actually played the final release of either game? Better yet, have you played any of the previous last-gen version of either game? If you have you're telling me they've shown no graphical progression this gen? Thought so...
