Yeah, I think this is probably a cheaper and very effective way to get more people to experience what VR is like. This way, you have up to two weeks with the product in your home, with a full game and a bunch of demos to try out. This provides a much deeper experience than you can get at a demo station at a Best Buy or GameStop. Also, they're doing this around the holiday season when families usually get together. So meaning that you can share this with them and create potential new VR co...

As it stands, analysts expecting about 600,000 to 1 million XBox One X to be sold between launch and December 31. PSVR alone will sell more than that in that same time frame, since even before the very slow quarter of July-September, they shipped 500,000 units. And we're not even talking about the PS4 or the PS4 Pro yet....

That is half a million PSVR sold in just 3 months and all before the holiday rush and Black Friday deals. So it will sell a least another 750,000 to 1 million units before between Oct-Dec. Which will put it at around 3 mi...

For $500 you get both a PS4 and PSVR! I don't see inventory lasting too long with such a great price.
I can only imagine what things will look like around the same time next year when you can get for under $400. I can see PSVR wit a comfortable 7-10 million units sold before the PS5 gets here.

You'll enjoy it! I recommend that you try the free Demo Discs available on the PS Store, some games will surprise you as they don't seem to be that interesting when seeing them on 2D screen, but PSVR changes all that.
Aww man.... I was hoping to play Bravo Team this year.... Even though I actually already have a backlog of VR and traditional games to get to.
But it's best they get the time they need to make a game that works as intended instead of releasing an unfinished product.
This still sucks for those of us who have been wanting to play those games though.
