It's frankly quite unbelievable....i mean they're making our point, which we make everyday, for us and letting their fan base know that they've been wrong this whole time and PlayStation fans are 100% spot on. Xbox is shit, our games are shit, our gamepass is shit and we are nothing compared to PlayStation...can we have this in one of their ads? Xbox games aren't good...wait till next year.
I have never in my life seen someone so desperate to purchase something they're willing to degrade, insult and downright sell out their own product in order to get it.
Microsoft truly know how huge this shit is...otherwise they wouldn't be insulting their Xbox brand over and over again.
This isn't even news...we all know that they know....you know?
Well they own the rights. And the Spiderman game was paid for by Sony so obviously it's going to be exclusive. Microsoft has had opportunities to work with star wars and marvel...nuff said.
It seems Sony understand fully the consequence both short and long term of recent and current purchase attempts. as I've said and they mention, a large portion of gamers simply love call of duty...restricting or having the ability to restrict it would force players to move towards an Xbox platform and away from Sony. This move would affect Sony in every single market...that's how big cod is...anyone not seeing that is blind to simple mathematics.
As long as they have a long history with releasing games on Xbox then I agree.
I think we saw more of the protagonist than the villian actually. Didnt play it though.
Ive contemplated getting it...might consider it more now..especially for my kids.
@chaos
I agree that's a demi downside to ps plus compared to gold....however considering the crap gold gives it's not even much of an upside. But yes you're right.
@angy
Not upset over a pathetic console sold in the bargain bin. But I do agree they didn't have to ask fro money...they did because gamers embraced it..they also did that in a way that made sense since they had ps plus. Basically they asked people to ask scribe to ps p...
Freaking amazing game. I'm not into these games anymore but this is one I'd play again. Also Fzero and I can't remember the name but this car shooting games of pure destruction.
That smile...what a demon. Jokes on the gaming industry that's for sure.
Been playing DMZ mode and man...haven't played cod like this ...ever. it's pretty nerve racking.
It's not a 1st party so it would have been up to EA if they wanted it on ps plus or gamepass.
Microsoft is that one that doesn want to compete so they're off buying everything they can....and mind you they're not buying little studios that have no big 3rd party names to them...all the purchases include developers with popular games and IP. Massively popular IP. The majority now being exclusive to a console....and yes it's exclusive 'forever' until Ms...
It's slightly different in every interview. Freaking salesman this guy.
20% is still anywhere between 10million - 15million on average...sales wise those are massive successes.
He's being transparent unlike Phil ...Phil keeps changing the messaging. We're not taking it away....as they took away all Bethesda titles, okay okay we made a good deal, then it's no we're always going to keep it on PlayStation...not pulling the rug under their feet down the road...and now we hear there's a 10 year deal offer...oh and no we can't do a forever contract. So which is it Phil?
On the other hand Jim has been constant in his messaging tha...
@orchard
Oh you're so very wrong. The majority of people don't buy consoles for the exclusives. They buy them for the typical games and where their friends game on. The typical games are sports and COD/battlefield and some racing games as well. That's the majority. About 20% of ps fan base are actually into the exclusives...at end of console generation exclusives sell about 20% of the install base.
Thank heavens you're not. You'd be complacent as competition takes away all your 3rd party revenue. Eventually pushing you out of business.
Nearly half a million in one week and before black Friday or the holidays. Awesome for PlayStation.
Becoming a father can definitely develop character....as long as you don't run away from it of course.
