Sony's games are great....what's your point? They don't sell the amount that the biggest IP sell....and the biggest IP sell so much because they cater to a more casual audience as the standard while also capturing the hardcore. They're also multiplatform....therefore they sell so much more than a typical 1st party IP can.

Nope. It appears you're ignorant too. Nintendo has never depended on cod sales for much. Sony has....therefore removing it is a huge blow. But then again Sony is right is what you're saying...MS does aim to make them like Nintendo?

Not really since Sony was giving activision a butt load of money with their install base....its more like seeing jealous boy (MS) decide to ....well that would be inappropriate here but I think you get the point.
Except its not...its not good for either and nobody claims its good when sony does it..only xbox fans seem to claim that stance on behalf of sony fans. Final Fantasy is not equally big in all markets.

No. They don't care much about gamepass...but obviously if they keep cod ...gamepass will increase permanently with subs. To such a point that no subscription service could compete effectively. MS knows this very well ...hence why they're desperate for the deal to go through. They know this is the foothold they need to compete in the industry and start making loads of money.

Yes. But CoD is hard to compete with...Microsoft is deciding not to put any work to make any good shooters, RPGs or anything else...which is why they've just bought dozens of studios with large 3rd party support.
Sony's put the work to make too 1dt party content and focusing their efforts on what players want and can't seem to get anywhere else. Putting efforts on making a shooter to compete with CoD is a hail Mary at best.
When you're blind you can't be objective. I was an avid supporter of Microsoft early Xbox one years....i know what it means to be blind. Trust me it's not easy to deal with all the Microsoft failed promises and lies.

When we talk about failed promises we talk about games first. Sony delivers...Microsoft does not...unless they pay the big bucks.
