God help any site that doesn't give this game a 10/10 score.

They must have had needed more time to manufacture all the digital copies of the game as well.

@Goldby

"it isnt a discussion of games being on a pc hurting console sales. its games on pc hurting xbox sales."

They're literally the exact same thing... Or are you trying to pretend that the Xbox One is not a console?

If games being on PC hurt console sales then nobody would have bought a PS4 or an XB1 over the holidays because all the big titles such as Black Ops 3, Battlefront, Fallout 4 etc. are all available on PC and have many advantages over the console versions.

The simple fact of the matter is that much like the handheld and mobile markets, the PC market is entirely separate from the console market and games being available on PC doesn't hurt console sales at all. That's wh...

I wish Sony would just stop announcing games years before release anyways. They need to start focusing more on games that are due soon instead of constantly showcasing games years before they're ready, especially because when those games keep getting delayed it only causes frustration from having to wait so long in the first place.

If the release date of a game isn't 100% locked-in for certainty within a year of the announcement, just don't bother announcing it at...

Yeah. The game is huge obviously and is impressive from a technical standpoint, but it doesn't really look like there's actually much to do gameplay-wise, so the prospect of paying full price isn't appealing. Every gameplay demo just shows the guy aimlessly walking around and occasionally pushing a button to scan the surrounding area and "discover" whatever is there, which seems like it would get dull after about ten minutes. I'm sure it will have some interesting te...

You should be grateful that you get to borrow this old PC indie hit for the duration of your PS+ subscription. I mean sure, it would have been much cheaper to just buy your own copies of all these PS+ games during a Steam sale a year ago rather than pay for a PS+ subscription, but it's kinda (but not really) free!

They'll probably do what Naughty Dog is doing with Uncharted 4 and go for 1080p 30fps singleplayer and 900p 60fps for multiplayer.

I can't speak for the writer of the article but I have no intentions of switching from Windows 7 to Windows 10, so I couldn't buy this game for PC anyways because of the Windows Store & DX12 requirements, but if this game was actually available to me and on Steam? I'd buy it. As it is however, Microsoft is missing out on my money by going this route. I'm just one person of course, but I doubt I'm the only person who feels this way. I'd be buying the Gears of War Re...

I feel the same way. I had a real shock when I downloaded the PS+ version of this game and saw just how awful it looks during gameplay as well. It's surprising how much YouTube compression hides, let alone the ridiculous photomode that creates some of the biggest bullshots I've seen in the industry. It's my own fault for getting swept-up with all the hype on this site raving about the graphics being so amazing, but thankfully I didn't actually pay to discover the truth for mys...

Very disappointing video given the title of the article. The latest Need For Speed game absolutely blows this out of the water when it comes to graphics in a city environment. People were taking screenshots of that game and putting them next to photos and the two were indistinguishable. The video in this article comes nowhere close to that.

Don't own an Xbox but I played Battlefront and the Uncharted 4 beta on PS4 which were both running at 900p and I honestly wouldn't have known that they were running at that resolution if nobody had told me.

I'd love to see more developers abandon 1080p and put a greater focus on framerate, it's much more important to gameplay.

Yeah, I honestly don't see how Konami could do a thing about it if Kojima just made the game that PT/SilentHills was going to be, but just with a different name. I'm sure that the guy had a vast design document considering PT had already been completed as a teaser and the deals with Del Toro and Norman Reedus were locked in. He could probably bring Del Toro back for the collaboration as well and as for Reedus, well would it even matter if they brought him back or not? He didn't fe...

If console games being available on PC made console worthless then nobody would buy an XB1 or a PS4, because 99% of the games available on these consoles are available on PC anyways.

Take the big releases of the holiday season. Star Wars Battlefront, Black Ops 3, Fallout 4 etc. were all available on PC, and yet millions upon millions of people still bought consoles to play these games anyways.

XB1 games being on PC doesn't hurt Microsoft in any way whatso...

Actually Titanfall did have two campaigns. It had one for the IMC and one for the Militia. You unlocked a new titan chassis (Ogre & Stryder) upon the completion of each campaign.

A Titanfall sequel is great news. That game along with Bloodborne are easily the two highlights of this console generation so far, with each game displaying best-in-class singleplayer and multiplayer gameplay. A sequel to Titanfall doesn't need any singleplayer either, just keep it focused on the multiplayer and the co-op horde mode that the game has, the fact that the game maintains a very healthy playerbase nearly two years after launch proves that a singleplayer campaign simply wasn...

Sad to see just how severely this game was downgraded across all platforms. I'm fully expecting For Honor to see a similarly drastic downgrade as well.

Shocked to see Dishonored in the list of games that were blasted. Did the idiot complaining about the game even look at how any of the female characters in the game are portrayed, or just assume that because some of the female characters were sex workers that the entire game was sexist?

Utterly pathetic, and I'm glad to see that they failed miserably and the case was rejected. I've yet to see any of these social justice warriors take the time to do even the slightest ...

They're all about the microtransactions now and after seeing how their new "events" have revolved around microtransactions, you can clearly see what direction the franchise is heading in. Anybody who has high hopes (or any hope at all really) for the future of Destiny and its sequels are going to be in for a lot of disappointment.

I mean look at The Taken King. People ranted and raved about that so-called expansion, but it removed so much content from the game t...
