IIRC, the cert process is limited to XBLA and digital-only games. Since BF4 is also on disc, it wouldn't apply.

I think that some people are mad that Xbox One wasn't the epic sales failure that they hoped it would be, so they have to take comfort in all of these "articles" and make themselves feel better about something they shouldn't feel bad about in the first place.

I'm an Xbox One owner and I agree with this list, except for the Kinect. It has worked about 95% of the time, which is fine for me. The party system is atrocious and many games don't support matchmaking lobbies, which makes it hard to coordinate multiplayer sessions. However, that is something devs can implement, even if it stays as is (which it hopefully won't).
My main concern has been with memory allocation. The damned thing keeps too many apps running and lags th...

Too late for what? Consoles have been banned in China - everything is new and desirable for them whenever they come out.
I find it funny that people complain about KI not having enough fighters with 6/8 for $20, and yet $60 releases with 30+ characters see the same 6 or 8 being used in every match. At least every fighter in KI is dramatically different and not a palette swap (Shadow Jago aside). There's more variety in the current 6 characters than there is in fighting games with 5 or more times as many characters.
