A little advice:
This is the Gamer Zone; this is the area where people can generally have civilized conversations w/o resorting to fanboyism and flame-wars. Words like "Sony droids" and "Xbots" are not permitted here. The posting guidelines at the bottom of the page state that very explicitly. You used "Xbots" multiple times in your post. That language is better suited for the Open Zone.

Well, they've got the infrastructure in place (Live)...now, they need to do three things:
--Make hard drives standard for the 360, and cut the price of the existing ones ($40 for the 20GB is as high as it should go)
--Offer the virtual world for FREE to everyone: Gold and Silver members. Charge for content (as Sony is doing) but keep it reasonable.
--Market the *%#$ out of it to casual gamers.

Companies rip each other off all the time...it won't be that last time that Sony/MS/Nintendo copy each other in some capacity.
Sony still has the better lineup...but this game definitely helps MS counter some of the PS3's momentum.
Tough call on this:
It's a good player, with a decent selection of movies, and it's hard to ignore at that price...but it's also a soon-to-be-obsolete technology.
If nothing else, this is a great chance for current owners to pick up a spare for down the road.
This was a woefully underrated game for the 360...it sold well, but should have sold better. This way, more people get to enjoy and appreciate it...kinda like Okami for the Wii.
