Is he wearing a suit of cooling fans...?!?
And there's that one wire...the one that seems to run "below the equator." Where is that connected...?
So someone DELIBERATELY decided to wipe clean signatures and artwork that were obviously of significant value...
DOUCHE
BAG.
I'd say more, but I'd violate many of this site's rules about foul language.
BRUMAK FIIIIIIGHT!
Awesomecoolwonderfulsweeeeeee t!
So much potential in this game...will it realize it?
Or give them HDs as a standard...or make HDs realllly cheap (like $40--or less--for the 20GB, which is about what a 360 memory card costs).
"If you guys looked past the fanboyism, you'd all see 2008 as a paradise for gamers, not a paradise for a specific console."
Amen, bro. Agree + bubbles.
Glad I have an Elite. And even that might not be enough in the near future.
The next-gen systems ("PS4, XBox 720, Wii2") should have massive HDs standard.
Just as it was unwise of people to write off Nintendo before the Wii came out;
Just as it was foolish a year ago for people to talk of the death of the PS3;
It's far too soon to assume that the 360 has nothing left in the tank.
This year's exclusive lineup isn't as good as the PS3's, to be sure...but there's solid multi-platform support and some potentially good third-party releases.
And we still don't know about 2009. Could MS have a few ac...
Get used to it...N4G's "Random Disagree Monster" tends to get loose from time to time. :)
Some interesting points:
Look at Uncharted. Struggling in December, now doing very well. Glad it didn't fall into the pit of "great game that didn't sell."
Given the fact that DMC has always been a Playstation game, the 360 sales of DMC4 are very solid. Capcom may have p!ssed off some people by going multi-platform, but I'll bet they're turning some tidy profits from that decision.
Rockband continues to chug along for 360 and PS3...I think the ...
I'm becoming more and more convinced that microtransactions are the spawn of the devil.
But we always have a choice...Don't buy them!
Looks like he just...gave up the ghost. :)
I don't agree with you often, but you're right. The next system better be damn near flawless if they want to shed the legacy of the RRoD.
Well, I can't speak for my friends, but I've always babied my consoles. I had to replace one NES, but until I bought a 360, I'd never had so many systems die on me: I'm on my fifth since Oct. 2006.
360 #1 was DOA out of the box (bad HD); exchanged for 360 #2, which red-ringed in mid-February 2007; exchanged for #3, which red-ringed in early July; exchanged for #4, which never red-ringed, but lost controller connections, scratched a disc, locked up, and made a RACKET; exchanged i...
Competition is good.
Uh oh...and with Home coming soon...
And if they do it, you know MS and Nintendo will quickly follow.
I have friends who are still on their launch systems, and others who, like me, have gone through multiple systems.
Truthfully, we may never know the real numbers.
The Outfit was OK...worth renting, or maybe as a bargain purchase.
Crackdown was six shades of AWESOME. Bought it for the Beta, stayed for the addictive gameplay.
Overlord: Someone once asked me to describe Overlord. I said, "Imagine Pikmin, but with a story written by Tolkien during a two-week acid trip." Great game...PS3 owners, you're in for a treat.
Kameo was my first 360 game...and still one of my favorites. Fantastic gameplay, clever puzz...
Good one! Amen, brother!
Otherwise, we wouldn't have the DOA series, would we? Or Tomb Raider!
They deliberately pick on the PS3, and the rumble issue is being resolved...but it's still kinda funny.
