Awesome. Can't wait for the public release.
Looks like someone combined wishful thinking, Photoshop, and too much free time.
It's too bad, though. I'd buy a 360 version of RE4. Brilliant game, easily one of the best games of the last ten years.
Don't take it personally...it's just N4G's Random Disagree Monster. It gets loose every once in a while. :)
...suck.
Not surprising, given Polyphony's track record of always pursuing perfection. No doubt that this will be AAA when released.
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA ....you get the picture.
Obsession with gamerscore is bad enough. But cheating for it?
That's PATHETIC!
I'll agree with you on that...Shaq-Fu was "so bad it was good."
Gotta be a sign of the apocalypse...
What's next? Shaq-Fu II?
I don't think they're in "panic mode" over GTAIV...but don't be surprised if they cut the price of the system in North America before the game launches.
A cheaper console, coupled with exclusive content, could give them the edge. This is the first time that a GTA game--a franchise traditionally associated with Playstation systems--has launched day and date on a Xbox console alongside the PS version.
Making sure that people know that, along with giving them...
Or you could be lucky b@stards like me and two of my buddies...we all married women who like games.
It will sell a million by Christmas. Guaranteed.
That Colonial Viper car is just plain cool.
Here's a novel concept:
Release it on XBLA;
-and-
Release it on the Virtual Console.
Win/Win.
I'm sure the logistics are more complicated than that. But that seems like a great solution to me.
They missed two of the best:
Warren Robinett's signature hidden in the Atari 2600 game Adventure;
The humping Strogg hidden under the final boss in Quake 2.
We've already had a live-action Homer...see the opening of the episode "Homer Simpson, This is Your Wife." The whole family and all of Springfield were shot in line-action. And Homer was one HOMELY individual.
That said, what does this have to do with gaming...? Bad Joystick might be more appropriate.
Don't pay for them. It's that simple.
Nice list...I think we'll have a riot on our hands if Uncharted and Resistance aren't in the top five. :)
Personally, I've played Ratchet, Uncharted, Resistance, Motorstorm, and Warhawk on a friend's PS3.
Agreed...with all three of you.
Putting an awful lot of eggs in the digital download basket...this may be as big a risk as Sony putting Blu-Ray into the PS3 (which, so far, seems to be working out).
Time will tell.
But here's a question: It's becoming more and more obvious that MS will need something bigger for games than DVD-9 for their next system. If not Blu-Ray, then what will it be?
Halo 3, Call of Duty 4, and Gears of War manage to co-exist rather nicely, so I don't see why not.
