And that's a damn shame...it's a great game. Best fun I've had in a while.
Maybe word of mouth will bring it around.
Featuring Red Creme of Death! :)
(I kid! I kid!)
Could it be doing better? Yes, though it's not doing badly.
Is it dying? Hell no.
MS's showing at this year's E3 will help determine its immediate future, but as for long-term...? WAY too soon to tell.
Anyone remember all of those "PS3 is dead/dying" articles from last year? Look at how that turned out.
Predicting the future is tricky business.
Personal wish list:
Alan Wake, PLEASE. The silence around that game has me worried. Give us something to let us know that the game's not degenerated into vaporware.
New IP from Nintendo. I'd love a truly new-gen Zelda, as well.
More Fallout 3! That's next to Gears 2 and Fable 2 on my wish list.
Blu-Ray for 360...? (One can hope)
Mass Effect 2 news.
360 price drop. I think it's time.
Wii hard drive. It'...
Agreed...and you and I might be in the minority here, but I would loooove some Serious Sam 3 footage...Croteam's new engine is shaping up very nicely.
And if 3D Realms wants us to take all the recent teasers about Duke Nukem Forever seriously, they'd better give us something at E3. That, or some Prey 2 info.
Great to finally see something more about Halo Wars, but what about Alan Wake...?
I'm more than a little concerned about that title now.
*drools into keyboard...*
TZZZZZZZZZZT!
*gets electrocuted, dies happy*
Agree or not, the man is entitled to his opinion.
Personally, I'm seriously stoked about all three of those games.
Here's the original story from N4G: http://www.n4g.com/ps3/News...
Any official word from Enix? This new story cites an SE PR source, but what about a statement directly from Enix denying (or not) this rumor?
Based on his conclusions, would a better question be:
"Is the GPU holding the Cell back?"
Just a thought.
About $#&^*%@*%$ time. Better late then never, I suppose.
So this may mean more BR from the largest movie studio, AND better quality feature films in an era of constant celluloid crap?
Sounds good.
Good list, but should be more than five.
The confrontation with Andrew Ryan in Bioshock is still one of the most intense moments I've ever experienced in a game.
And even though the overall game lacked emotional resonance, the scene in Halo 3 when the Chief finally finds Cortana was very well done.
Many of the cut-scenes from Lost Odyssey were great, too.
I think MGS4 will add to this list...Kojima specializes in great cutscenes. No dounbt ...
Sweeeeeet. More RPG goodness.
Love me some RPG goodness...this is welcome news. The more RPGs, the better.
Another Blue Dragon? Sounds good, as long as they fix some of the mistakes they made with the first one (Poo Snakes?!?)
If the future releases can match the quality of Lost Odyssey and Eternal Sonata, we'll be in for a real treat. Infinite Undiscovery is looking very promising, as well.
I've never been a big Final Fantasy fan, so I'm not too interested in that franchise (but I know a lot of 360 fans would welcome it).
Resistance didn't do much for me when I played it--not bad, but not my cup of tea...Resistance 2 looks intriguing, though.
I'd LOOOOOVE Uncharted on my 360...tell you what, PS3 owners: I'll trade you Bullet Witch, Bomberman, and Hour of Victory for Uncharted (LOL)
He left Ratchet off the list...shame, shame.
O...
Wait...there are OTHER games coming out this week? :)
Sooo....what about a stand-alone BR drive for those of us who ALREADY OWN A 360 SYSTEM?!?
We've seen what? A few minutes of footage and a few screenshots?
WAAAAAAAAAAY too early to tell. But I see a lot of potential in this game.
Very good point. I have 525/1000 on Quake 4, and that's probably all I'll ever have due to the lack of people playing the game at this late stage.
I think multiplayer achievements should be minimized, or more of them should be allowed to be done offline with a friend.
