Very interesting list...many of which do not usually appear on most people's "underrated" lists. Good to see Beyond Good and Evil getting some love.
Missing, however, are some pretty prominent games:
Grim Fandango
Psychonauts (Poor Tim Schafer can't catch a break)
Okami
Oni
Darwinia
Metal Arms (seriously, give it a try)
And a personal favorite, Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath.

Why? Because of the games.
Fanboys can have their flame wars and pissing contests. Blind loyalty to a hunk of plastic and wires is pointless.
As for me...I'm gonna enjoy playing some great games on the CONSOLES of my choice.

Maybe. But great games are great games, regardless of console. I think people are rediscovering some wonderful classic games.
Wonderful. The first game was clever and enjoyable. We need more games like this, rather than Generic Shooter #300.
Awesome. Not a big racing fan, but if any game is going to convert me, it may very well be this one.
Good for them. Problems like this occur from time to time...they're acknowledging it and fixing it, which is what they should do.
I'm now cautiously optimistic...maybe this won't be a disaster.
It's still too early to tell, though...I think once we have the game we'll be able to pass accurate judgment.

I don't know about anyone else, but I went through four Pros (yes, FOUR) before upgrading to an Elite (thank you, Best Buy replacement plan)...and the Elite has been far, far quieter and cooler than any of my Pros ever were.
None of my Pros ever lasted more than a few months...my Elite is on its 10th month of intensive use.

I wondered how they were going to keep PSN/Home free. As long as it's not intrusive (i.e., no pop-ups or mandatory viewings), then it's not really a problem. Just ignore them if you like.
