Bioshock, Mass Effect, Heavenly Sword, Oblivion, Uncharted...
I miss NFL 2K.
Guess my avatar's going to be nude...
I'm sure the 360 price cut helped.
But I'll wait for the NPD numbers before passing final judgment.
About bloody time for a price cut that's not essentially a clearance sale. Should create some good momentum going into the holidays.
Paging Nathan Lane and Ernie Sabella...
I get both pretty regularly. They don't have to be separate worlds.
Damn. Sounds like my old Harrier...uhm, Pro 360.
My Elite, which replaced said Pro last October, is almost whisper-quiet. Sometimes the drive motor will rev up, but it always quiets down after a minute or two.
Hopefully, they'll take care of this guy. That sucks.
It was 2nd, next to Madden in overall sales.
Cars was not horrible, but I think its unusually strong success gave THQ the notion that focusing solely on family- and movie-based games was a proper business model.
Guess not.
Well, at least when Wall-E hits the bargain bins, 360 achievement wh*res like me will have another easy 1000 points. :)
Bob Dole would like his third person mode of speech back. :)
While I don't mind paying for it, I certainly wouldn't turn down free Live.
Some people need to lighten up.
I mean, this isn't poverty, or world peace...it's a friggin' GAME, for pity's sake.
The energy spent griping about this could easily be put to better and more productive use.
Never, ever count Nintendo out.
Very welcome news.
It's a bit off topic, but I thought that some of you might enjoy this. I submitted it to badjoystick a few months ago:

LOL at this list. Major FAIL.
We know that Nintendo's offerings were a bit underwhelming, but Halo Wars seems to be shaping up nicely, LBP may be the best platformer of the year, Lego Batman looks like another quality entry in the Lego games series, Spore might be the most anticipated PC game of the year, and he seems to be completely missing the point about MK/DCU.
Transparent attempt to rile up fanboys and get hits on his site.
Let's assume there's some kind of code imbedded in the game that activates on Dec. 12th, revealing something new, like an alternate ending or "final" ending/ultimate fate of Snake...
Clever.
Now imagine if it unlocks a new, final mission?
Or a preview of another MGS game?
Very clever.
Fanboys SUCK.
"I think it's more than likely he just thinks starting development on Mass Effect for another console would be detrimental to the momentum they already have on the 360."
Agreed. Fanboys shouldn't read too much into Muzyka's comments.
Sold.
