I was thinking the same thing. Only because Larian is tried and true in making these types of games. I have no doubt this one will be amazing.
Having said that, the only thing holding me back is that I want to experience the complete game as it's meant to be. Early Access only let's you play little by little as it becomes finished.
Being a big D&D guy (video games and books, not the tabletop game) I think I want to play this at it's best....
Interesting. I LOVE "group control" RPG games. Or, Party-Based RPG's.
What I don't like are games where you have a party, but very little control over any of them.
Why would the "Netflix of Gaming" make video game makers worried? Whatever this Netflix-like service is would still need games to put on their service.
Movie companies didn't stop making movies when Netflix came out. So why would video game companies stop making video games?
It'll come out on PS5.
1. They would be completely stupid not to put it on consoles.
2. Both Divinity Original Sin games came out of consoles.
It makes nothing but sense for this to be on consoles.l as well as PC. It might get a delayed console release, like the Divinity games did. But it will definitely be on consoles.
The gameplay does have really nice graphics, but it doesn't look like anything a PS4 couldn't run.
But regardless, Larian released both Divinity Original Sin games on consoles. I have a hard time believing this wouldn't come to consoles. Whether it's this gen or next gen. And really, what does it matter? The game won't launch until after the next gen systems are out anyway.
Being in the same universe as Alan Wake and Max Payne might have something to do with that.
Lol Fantastic 4 always get the shaft. They are almost never included in games.
Believes what? That the Corinavirus is a real thing that has shut down a lot of China? Thats its affecting a lot of people and it's also deadly?
Do you also believe the Earth is flat and dinosaurs never existed?
POSSIBLY
People don't want a story because of the Marvel Movies lol. People want a story because Mortal Kombat 9 showed that you can have an awesome story mode in fighting games, which is something no one really thought could be done well at the time.
Ever since then, people expect a story mode in fighting games because who doesn't want that?

Yeah man. The Mass Effect Trilogy is an all time favorite of mine. I know Andromeda missed the mark in a lot of ways, but I'm definitely not ready to give up on Mass Effect as a whole.
Your idea could be cool, for sure. Like Humanity is just reaching the point of travelling long distances aro...

They don't have to be in the same class. But they are definitely competing with each other. As long as Switch sales directly impact PS and Xbox sales and vice versa (and no one can reasonably make the argument that they aren't), then they are competing with each other. People are making it far more complicated than it needs to be.
It is. They are in very early development for a new Mass Effect.
Sony helped pay for the development of this game. It wouldn't have been made without Sony's money. So yeah....you'll never see this on Xbox.
You can keep pretending Switch doesn't fit in the console space all you want. But the bottom line is the Switch is competing with the PS4 and Xbox One, and will also be competing with the PS5 and Xbox X.
No amount of convincing yourself otherwise will change that.
The sad thing is it's not even the employees fault, really. If they don't hit their pre-order numbers and their tech trade numbers they get fired. No questions asked.
Gamestop has made their company incredibly toxic to work for. These employees that are pushy are only doing that because their job is on the line. They are also required to ask if you want all those things. If they don't? You guessed it. They get fired.
Gamestop will not likely m...
Me too haha. Back then I couldn't wait to grow up and get older. Now that I'm 38 I wish I could go back. Life was so easy back then.
I had like 12 or 13 of them. Only 1 or 2 were any good, and that's being generous. It's funny because even as a 9 year old, I knew they were almost all bad, but still wanted them when I saw them, yet was somehow disappointed every time when turned out to he bad.
Mega Man 6 (I think? Could have been 4 or 5, can't remember) was fun.
Street Fighter 2 was surprisingly decent.
I also had a big green one that was shaped like an &q...
I love the Sandw Trilogy. It will always hold a special place in my heart too! But I also liked that last one they made. I really liked how they had a big focus on 1 on 1 fights that took some strategy and skill to win.
But you're right. It wasn't as good as the Sands Trilogy.
Sweet! Driving sections CONFIRMED!!!
