I want a Zelda Maker game, like Mario Maker. Could you imagine that? Build your own dungeons with a catalogue of every enemy, boss, weapon, and gadget thats ever been in a Zelda game? It would print money.
I've seen reviews saying the stealthy path is a bit clunky. Only because of the enemy AI and how theh react if you get spotted. I've heard the combat route is the way to go.
So thats how I'm taking it.
So they'll make an animated TV series, but not a sequel that is highly requested?
I always try to be very clear when I say I don't enjoy a popular game. For instance, the original Last of Us. There's no reason I shouldn't like that game. I like zombies. I like violent games. I like stealth. I like single player, story driven games. It just doesn't keep my interest. It really does nothing for me, even after trying 3 separate playthroughs over the course of years between tries.
Having said that, I recognize its an amazing game. There's ...
And you don't see anything wrong with a 4.5? Look, I have no interest in playing this game. I tried 3 times to get into the 1st one and it just didn't do it for me. But I understand its an incredible game. And I even agree with that.
So to say the sequel is a 4.5 is just trolling. I get it if people don't like the story. But thats only part of a game. From what I understand the game has top notch graphics, sound, and gameplay. It may not bring anything new to ...
So edgy! Nice job blanketing everyone also.
But what about me? I was excited for Fallen Order as soon as I saw gameplay and I also loved the game.
But Avengers looks bad. Sorry. It just does.
I'm curious as to your thoughts about the Avengers video game. What do you think about that frame rate drop? Pretty gross, huh?
And yet here you are, posting in a negative article and giving it attention.
I'm sure you see the irony there, right?
Because its impossible for someone to not like something popular?
@RememberThe357
"This whole multiple protagonist thing devs have started doing is not sitting well with me."
Games have been doing this for a long time though. This certainly isn't anything new. Kojima did it with Metal Gear Solid 2. Halo 2 did it by making you play half the game as the alien guy. Again, nothing new.
In fact, aside from Last of Us 2, I can't really think of any games recently that did this also.
I was mad at first too, but playing as Ryden wasn't all bad. I actually didn't hate him like most people did.
And whats even funnier is how he ended up becoming such a popular character after that game.
A buggy mess? How do you figure that? The details say "Various localization fixes and other bug fixes." How does that equate to a "buggy and glitch" game?
Also, pretty much every game has a day one update. Quit trying to make it sound like its way worse than it is.
I looked at other sites reporting on this same news and I did see a tweet from a developer clarifying that Microtransactions won't be in the game at all.
So thats definitely a good thing. But I really wish there was more to this game. A 4 hour campaign, 2 MP modes, and 4 ships per faction is just not a lot of content to keep people interested for long. Especially if its really only 5v5 in both modes with no bots.
Did they promise no microtransactions? I knoe they said everything can be unlocked by playing the game. But that doesn't mean they won't include microtransactions for people that want to get everything quickly. And if they do that, it also doesn't mean they won't make it a huge grind to unlock everything through gameplay.
Because we should all have learned by now that being able to unlock everything with gameplay is not the same as saying no microtransaction...
There's a couple things I'm not sold on yet.
Sure, its $40. But its a 4 hour campaign and 2 multiplayer modes with only 4 ships per faction. So it SHOULD be $40, really. Though it is nice to see EA actually do the right thing by pricing it appropriately.
And whats really bothering me is that it looks like both modes are just 5v5 with no bots. Thats just bad. I can understand the dogfighting mode being like that. But the mode where you have to take...
They've been trying this. They did it with Jedi: Fallen Order too. Its going to take them doing this with multiple games in order to win back the community's trust though, if its even doable.
I'm not sure what this article os trying to say. Yes, there was a reviee embargo. Yes, the reviewers weren't allowed to talk about the last half of the game and story spoilers. But their scores were still based on the full game and its contents. They just couldn't explain some of those things in the review.
So what are they warning us about? Most reviewers don't talk about spoilers anyway.
Did he say its not allowed to fail? Did you get upset when articles criticized other games? Are people not allowed to write articles and state their opinion anymore?
I've read this same thing. I really hope its true. WCW vs NWO and WWF No Mercy were so much fun.
And now that AEW is the undisputed king of pro wrestling as far as I'm concerned, I would pretty much give my 3rd nut for an AEW game made with the AKI/WWF engine.
I don't agree with any of this. Just because they didn't think highly of the game doesn't mean they should stop writing all forms of articles for it. Its a video game website. They know they have people visiting the site that liked the game. Why would they want those people to go elsewhere for tips on this game?
Its like owning a grocery store. I doubt the owners like all the food they sell, but they have customers to serve. It would be completely unprofessional...
