I completely agree with the reviewer. I would have liked some reward for completing in the form of a story or something. The end is open so you can draw your own conclusions say the devs but conclusions are usually drawn from facts or at least hints but as the game gives nothing it not possible to take anything away from it.
I think that it would be more accurate to say that Sony are willing to give slightly more unusual concepts a chance. However, I am quite sure that Sony will control the over-arching aspects and themes of a title. For example, they will want something that fits their brand image as well as something that is unique and isn't being done by other first party studios.
I played the first with a friend.
COOP was fun as you use tactics to defeat enemies. Would have like some more Coop vehicles though.
Story was a little non-existent for my taste.
Grindig was ok at first but did wear us down after a while.
Art style was nice.
Technically the games wasn't really that great. In split screen there was numerous frame rate issues and texture pop-in which is a bit poor in a world which doesn't really have much...
It's weird that we get article like this complaining about the death of certain elements in gaming. For example, he says it's a shame that JRPG's like FF have lost turn based battles but I have read so many other articles and read comments from people and reviews saying that the JRPG is a dead genre because it didn't/doesn't evolve and turn based battling is too slow.
I on the other hand agree with the article. It's the pacing of games that has really...
I'm not sure why everyone says that the Tomb Raider games have been bad for a while because it simply isn't true. Tomb Raider Legend has a metacritic of 82%. Since when is that considered to be bad? Even Underworld has 80%.
Is it because people hold Tomb Raider in such high regard that anything below 90% is deemed not good enough? If so, why? Why not look at it as it is, a good solid but sometimes flawed aventure game and not worry about what you think it could/shoul...
I don't get it? What's the relevance?
FFXIII-3 will be first.
but not the one in the video?

People are obsessed with fad fitness in the uk. Whenever something gets popular people get on the bandwagon thinking that this is going to be the the fun way to fitness heaven. What they forget though is that that fitness is a lifestyle not a fad.
(And don't forget that often it's the same people who are obsessed with eating who are obsessed with fads!)
He's spot on when he says that guns and gore, while should only be presented to adults, aren't adult themes. All of that is really just playing to our inner child. The guns, gore, explosions and boobs fantasy is predominantly the fantasy of boys, say, early teen boys.
Now, I'm not attacking people who like that sort of thing as I include myself in that category. All I'm saying is that this fantasy, while it continues in to adulthood, is developed from an early...
Yep, this is mostly the case with N4G. I disagree (is that allowed?) with a couple of the points but mostly it's accurate.
Disagree dude, the hot from either country are...well...hot.
Really looking forward to this, if done right this could be a sleeper hit.
The whole is greater than the sum of the parts?
I'm loving the variety that EA are willing to publish this generation. I mean I still think that they are a monstrosity but it's like they're using their power for good as well as evil.
That may be true but that really isn't the point of taking them to court. Otherwise it would be: Theft and leak of early build, good reception, praise them, bad reception, prosecute them. Which isn't really how the reality of law enforcement should work.
So what is this? A third person action game? Off to google......
This is a little crazy. Two things, adverts are always played louder than movies (despite what ofcom guidelines say)and two, the adverts as really no loader than an action movie anyway.
I think the problem arises when the play the PS advert for an action game (at the moment it's Infamous 2) with a more sedate movie. The contrast can be a little jarring.
I wonder why she was replaced? I quite liked the Harley Quinn voice and obviously others did as well.
So it's not the list's fault be just next years line up? Either way, I agree. I'm not excited for much on that list. Just ME3 and Bioshock Infinite. The rest really don't appeal.
