"forest booted that up" - is that a pun? 😀
I think it was Max Payne /s
The shakey cam is strong in this one....
This is definitely sarcasm.
When we can all get a new console without jumping through a myriad of hoops, that's when I will personally say that the current gen is here.
"Some games just take ages to go down"
Yep, ask Nintendo about their titles....
If they said there's a decline in couch coop I think I could have been persuaded. There are some couch coops, sure, but most "playing with your friends" is done online.
I completely agree with this article. I feel that the writing and/or translation has been bad for a while. The article's example of FFXIII is particularly a good one. They built a world but no good characters with unique personalities and growth. They then introduced that world to the player, not through some meaningful dialogue but via that datalog thing that you had to read. I don't mind a bit of reading but I like that stuff to add color, depth, and texture to the world. It shouldn...
Will there be local CO-OP?
I'm actually looking forward to playing this game. Nice review.

Any recommendations?
Does anyone remember Folklore?
Oh man, I wish they would hire better voices actors for these characters....... 🤦🏽♀️
Does including characters from a game make it a spin off? If so, is Smash Bros a spinoff of Metal Gear Solid? 😕
Not sure if it is going to be any good but these kind of themes can indeed be disturbing.
Switch first party deals are always lame. Unless I seem to be missing the good ones.....
@Elda - I think I see your point but do we know that they are actual gamers? I mean, do they seriously choose to spend their free time sinking 100 hours into a game? I'm guessing not. Any yes, I know that isn't the only type of gamer out there but it does, at least, illustrate a love for the medium.
Everyone's saying Bloodborne but I got stronger Bioshock vibes from it.
