This reinvention isn't anything new. The character they have turned Dante into is a walking cliché. A cliché that may resonate with overly hormone driven emotional teens (twilight audience?) but not (obviously) one that the average game...

I only have a PS3, not because I'm a Sony fanboy but because I have limited cash and generally prefer the games on that system. However, I still like to think that I can objectively look at 360 games and give them the praise they deserve. For exmple, I really like the look of Alan Wake but I doubt I'll ever get to play unfortunately.

when the PS4 comes out Sony will make a PS3 adaptor which will plug into the back of it. You will then be able to plug the PS2 adaptor into the back of the PS3 adaptor thus making each console backwards compatible with all previous generations.
I really enjoyed the first game and like the angle the franchise has on the Alice world.
Well, it seems Alice is still f*cked in the head. I wonder what angle the story will take. I hope it isn't a repeat of the first..... I think they will incorporate wonderland elements in the real world and will start blurring the lines between reality and what's in Alice's head until we (as the gamer) don't know what's real and what isn't.

I love Claire Redfield, for some reason I see her has the most awesome character in the series. I like the fact that she is just an every-man, no special training or elite credentials, who has toughened up because of being put in crap situations but she still manages to keep a very human side to her. Which is kind of an important contrast when you consider the main protagonists of the series.
I really like the theme to this game. I've seen a few people knock it but it's awesomely atmospheric. Better than Leona Lewis anyway!
I think whether Sony gets Activision to exclusively Market anything bungie for PS3 depends wholly on the genre and the game Bungie are developing. I could tell the music for this games was Joe Hisaishi as soon as I heard it. It sounds very similar to the Princess Mononoke soundtrack.
