"That is a really high score for what's basically an early access title."
It may not be the most robust MP game, but that's not even a fair criticism.
"For example, in the first stage, you have to secure fuel for your fleet. If you win the match, you secure the fuel but if you lose the match…you still secure the fuel.
Huh…"
It's not about win/lose to secure fuel, it's about securing the hardpoints and buying time (specifically stated) on the ground for the militia to secure it.

"Am I glad that games need at least a metacritic of 70 before coming to PS+... "
Malicious and LOTR: War in the North (of the two I remember) being featured show that supposed "rule" by Sony's been ignored sometimes.
How you're able to convert this experience to words is quite the achievement. Well done.
This is definitely in my top 3 of IndieMonth interviews now.
I'm a bit more inclined to follow Wreden's viewpoint.
"Tibetan bowls, mandalas, psychedelics, stage hypnosis, and performed techniques for altering consciousness like those used by Whirling Dervishes and Buddhist monks... SoundSelf draws it's inspiration from these technologies."
It's funny to think how those aren't considered "technologies," at least in the informal sense, now that you think about it.
I must admit: this is turning out to be one of the most fascinating IndieMont...
This sounds crazy cool from a conceptual standpoint. I want to try out Deep Sea just to see how it's like.
High on life, that is. ;)
This would be another I haven't heard of until now. Looks interesting.
As far as news networks go, it's most of the big ones when it comes to this particular topic. From that CNN reporter trying to pry out false information from a psychologist to this, I don't think there's a specific channel that'd be considered a safe zone when it comes to video games.
Maybe writer hasn't played it yet.
Very diverse list of games the team's worked on.
"Funomena ingredients include fair wages, a positive working environment, feeling first game design..."
Glad to see this kind of business attitude.
A shame there's no announcements on what those iOS+VR games are, but still delightful to see this kind of enthusiastic dev presented here.
Best of wishes to your 3 current endeavors, Funomena.
That's quite a leap in different platforms. Very versatile company to pull that off.
I'm recently interested in the narrative-driven game mentioned at the end.
That's kind of hyperbolic.
Interesting perspective on the Facebook/Oculus deal.
Seems that way.
That's one of the most appropriately-named developers that have been on IndieMonth thus far.
Hmmm...I think a picture is missing that's intended to break up the dev's description and mini Q+A.
The thing I'm pointing is out is that the map reset does make sense within the context of the game since either way the militia's siphoning fuel for the next map anyways.
Sure, I wasn't really trying to destroy his story frustrations as invalid. I only wanted to refute the error in what's quoted above. Speaking on its campaign structure overall, I would say this: it seems a bit unfair for the direct comparisons to normal SP campaigns that I've seen. Whi...
