"Gamers, Google, Wikepedia and others are fighting back against our rights to the freedom of speech..."
LOL, it's "FOR our rights", not "AGAINST our rights".
What a fail.
Yeah, Eddy was fun.
Radec was waaaaaaaaaay more badass than Stahl.
I have high hopes for this game.
The ending of Freelancer was quite awesome. Your small band of friends kept diminishing further and further, until you were almost the only one left at the breathtaking finale. The sense of being hunted very hard for the last quarter of the game was unforgettable as well.
I agree with Portal 2 as #1. It was so totally...
These are good points, especially the one about playing music AND a game at the same time.
While I'd love an included SSD, I don't think that'll happen till the generation AFTER next. Just put in way more memory.
Even this generation's consoles can be upgraded at home with SSD's. I built a gaming pc based on SSD's. Gotta say, THERE ARE NO MORE LOADING SCREENS. At all. And the neat thing is that you can pop one into your PS3 (idk about the xbux)
Is the game good? Then I'll care about it.
Nuff said.
I don't *desperately* want any of those. I've never heard of some of them.
Alan Wake might be cool, and I've always wanted to play Halo, but I can't bring myself to play a game where you can plant a grenade or punch a guy out of a tank.
On principle. Won't play it.
Meh.
BF1943 had better (more) destruction. BF3's has only just enough to be acceptable for immersion.
Um.
2011 WAS the year of the PS3.
I don't think we'll have another one as packed with exclusives again. Very good year for PS3.
I have 3 late-teen sisters. 2 of them won't ever pick up a video game controller unless I suggest (read: bribe them) to. One of these two made it half way through inFamous 2. The other made it through Portal. Though through feedback I get that they didn't have a bad experience, I got the distinct impression that they thought it was a waste of time.
The 3rd sister will play almost anything. That's probs because she and I would sneak up at 3 in the morning to play L...
Yeah this is fabricated using motion tracking. Telltale signs are the lighting and color of both the track and the cars. In fact, at 1:08, the cars actually clip through each-other.
Cool idea though.
I liked the article - up to the point where he disclaims and says "this article wasn't meant to be serious" or something like that.
Forget Communism, forget Capitalism - when the corps want to CONTROL you in these manners, that's Fascism.
The convenience of "digital copy" is too strong of a pull, and though I will miss the hell out of it, physical copy (game discs) will be gone soon. Since we (gamers) aren't going to stop this ...
Sony PS4:
1) Backwards Compatibility. Full, preferably.
2) Minimum 3 launch titles, one of which must be MP.
3) A working, flawless internet browser with continuous support.
4) SSD
5) True 1080p games. Don't BS me, I *CAN* see the diff from 720p.
You can charge whatever you want. I'll get it.
Oh God.
>>> SPACE GAMES <<<
Freelancer and Darkstar One were what - SIX YEARS AGO!?!
I have yet to see a decent, serious space opera on any console.
This article seems like it was written by a two-year old. It's great for laughs though.
LOL, link got "stuck in the water temple".
What a way to go.
I hope not. (@article)
It's a mushroom cloud from a nuke.
Agree with all except regenning health.
Kids these days.........:P
