I would stay on my PC all the time if the games were programmed for force feedback on the controller, just like the console. LOL that's the only reason besides exclusives that I use my PS3 more than my gaming rig.

Ps4 will only replace Ps3's on the shelf if it has some way of playing Ps2 and Ps3 games (Gaikai or BC)

I don't think VR goggles will catch on. Gaming is as much about your friends watching and your showing off as it is about immersion. I guess what I should say then is: Large flatscreens aren't going anywhere.
You'll also pay more for reliable brands. I paid $130 for the 750gb Momentus XT that I dropped into my PS3.

A Q1 or Q2 2014 release for the PS4 would probably be the sweet spot, if 720 is coming in late 2013.
Personally, idk what all the rush is. PS3 is getting so many neat games next year, the only thing the PS4 could add is some kind of dark horse feature set. Did everyone forget Sony's patent on that motion sensor thingy? I think they intend to surprise us with their own take ...

I only bought one so I could play Skyward Sword. It was just barely worth it. Shame Ninty won't grow up with us - I'm starting to feel ancient, ragging on about the quality of Ps3 content.
